Supply and delivery of Open well Submersible pump set conforming to IS 14220 /2002 and as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging the following duties due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze mixed type impeller, CI FG 200 grade casing and brass screws and rotor shall be of copper rod as per IS 613/1984 with ISI mark. The pump suitable for installation in sump with 1.1KV grade 3 core suitable copper flat submersible cable to a length of 15m with necessary cable joints. The non-return valve located at the top of the pump in the discharge outlet connection is to be designed with minimum friction. The 415V-Automatic Air break Star Delta up to 20 HP and Auto Transformer starter for15% squirrel cage induction motor suitable for DOL upto 5 HP, Fullypumpshould be directly coupled to 2880 RPM, three phase, 50 Hz (±5), 415V+6% &above 20 HP starting and for continuous operation.

Supply and delivery of heavy duty 3 core 6 sq.mm. PVC insulated and sheathed flat type copper cable as per IS 694 / 1990 to be laid between Starter and motors

Laying the above cable as per IE rules between the supply point & LT panel board below GL including earthwork

Labour charges for erection of submersible pumpsets in theSump including fixing of delivery pipes to the required length with valves, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of the pump room and erection of panel board consisting of switches, starter, voltmeter, ammeter, capacitor, single phasing preventor etc. and laying and jointing the PVC copper wires, twin earthing as per IE rules including cost of civil works, such as construction of earth pit earth electrodes, GI wire complete testing the pumpset including providing bed blocks for the pumpset.
