PART-A : Round the clock Routine maintenance of various pumps, blowers, , pipe lines, mixers & others equipments of PT Plant, DM Plant, WWT Plant, CPP, Dosing system of Unit # 4 & 5, pit-3 etc. of 2x500 MW, BTPS, Anpara & other associated works. The break-up of job given in next column and detailed scope of work at Annexure I-A :
Routine and Preventive mechanical maintenance works round the clock in each shifts
Lubrication works to be carried out daily
Patrolling of line following pipe lines once each day in general shift & additional as & when required & to attend the leakage by replacement of gasket & welding, if any
Cleaning of equipments & their associated lines & systems
PART-B: Round the clock Routine maintenance of two no. Plant Air Compressor of WTP of 2x500 MW, BTPS, Anpara.
Routine and Preventive mechanical maintenance works round the clock in each shifts
Lubrication works to be carried out daily
Cleaning of equipments & their associated lines & systems
PART-C:Cutting of bush / jungle along with D. M. Transfer, Service water, Waste water, Acid / Alkali Transfer pipe lines. (As and when required)

Excavation of medium soil / ash below & over along the D.M. Transfer , Service water, Waste water, Acid / Alkali Transfer pipe lines etc., accumulated due leakage from ash pipe lines / rain water to protect the lines from corrosion & for the maintenance of lines.
Transportation of soil / ash from work site to disposal site ( low level land area in the plant)including loading unloading). Lead 2 km. (Same quantity as excavated)
PART-D
Complete overhauling of Plant air compressor including Epoxy painting on it exterior parts as per detailed scope of work at Annexure I-A :
Breakdown maintenance/ repairing/Cleaning/ replacement of following component of Plant Air Compressor of WTP of 2x500 MW, BTPS, Anpara.
Inters Coolers/After coolers
Air Receiver
Drier Filters & its Resin.
Suction/ Discharge valve of LP/HP Cylinders.
Compressor Piston/ Cylinder Piston/ Packing etc.
