Repair & maintenance of geyser of 25/50 Ltrs capacity of any make, carefully by disconnecting elect & water connection, dismantling and inspecting all the parts, for its serviceability, cleaning of serviceable parts i.e. heating element, base assy, connecting lead, thermostat, electrical contact, electrical wiring, indicators, safety valves, vacuum control/pressure reducing valve, PVC connection, inner tank, outer tank, glass wool insulation etc and refixing the same after replacement of unserviceable parts matching with existing make and sizes as mentioned above, re-assembling, reconnecting, refixing with electrical & water connections and testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Notes- (i) The defective parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of BOQ. (ii) Material and labour charges for replacement of defective / worn out parts shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for painting of geysers of cap 25 Ltr with 2 coats of synthetic enamelled paint after scraping the existing old painted surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Egineer-in-charge.

M&L for removing completely unserviceable anchor bolt and fixing new wall fastners/anchor bolt of size 100 mm long 8mm dia with double washers incl grouting and make good the wall surface with cement mortar (1:4) for fixing water heater, complete all as specified and as directed by Egineer-in-charge.

Supply and fix in repair plug top 3 pin 16 Amps ISI marked incl taking down old unserviceable plug top, complete all as specified and as directed by Egineer-in-charge. Make: Havells / Anchor / Legrand / Schneider.

Supply and fix in repair 3 core 1.5 sqmm round copper flexible conductor incl taking down old unserviceable wire, complete all as specified and as directed by Egineer-in-charge. Make: Havells / KEI / Polycab.

Supply and fix in repair inner tank suitable for geyser 15/25 Ltrs capacity (Apparatus assembly) made copper duly prewired suitable for existing model complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair inner tank suitable for Geyser 50 Ltrs capacity (Apparatus assembly) made copper duly prewired suitable for existing model complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair power strater push botton type with red indication for geyser 25A, 230V AC, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair stop valve cast copper alloy screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends of size 15 mm bore for geyser connection, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Geyser 03 Ltrs capacity, White in colour, single phase, 230 volts, 50 Hz, 3 KW, ISI marked, Color Changing LED Indicator (LED that changes color as the water heats to the desired temperature), Ultra thick stainless steel inner tank of superior 304 grade, rust and shock proof outer body including required number of bolts, nut, grouting / plastering arrangement to fix the geyser properly & safely on wall including taking down old unserviceable geyser, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- (i) Old geyser shall be deposited to MES store. (ii) The cost of necessary grouting/nuts, bolts, PCC, Making good etc. shall be included in quoted rate without claiming any extra cost.

M&L for repair and maintenance of unserviceable exhaust fan of sizes 450 / 380 / 300mm sweep including taking down carefully by dismantling the exhaust fan parts, inspecting the serviceability of parts, refixing of serviceable parts after cleaning, replacement of unerviceable parts i.e. beaing, bush, capacitor, connecting wires, fan blade, locknut, rubber pad etc, oiling/greasing, including refixing, reassemblig cleaning and testing of exhaust fan complete. Note: (i) Unserviceable parts replaced shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ. (ii) Material and labour charges for replacement of defective / worn out parts shall be measured and paid separately.

Note:- Old exhaust fans shall be deposited to MES store.

S&F in repair exhaust fan of 300 mm (minimum) sweep, metal body, Heavy duty, 1200 RPM (minimum), grey in colour, AC, single phase, 230 watt, 50 Hz with bird guard, nuts, screw, bolts including electrical connection, wiring , luovre shutter matching with existing and writing MES No in 2 cm height with synthetic enamel paint and taking down old U/S exhaust fan, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Old exhaust fans shall be deposited to MES store.

M&L for Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l as required making opening in wall for exhaust fan for sizes 450/380/300mm sweep not exc. 150 Sqcm exc. 150 sqcm, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of self closing louvers of metallic body for 300 mm exhaust fan (minimum) sweep, painted with synthetic enamel paint including taking down of old unsv louvers, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F of self closing louvers of metallic body for 380/450 mm exhaust fan (minimum) sweep, painted with synthetic enamel paint including taking down of old unsv louvers, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for writing of MES No. of ceiling fan/Exhaust fan/wall mounted fan/geysers with black synthetic enamelled paint writing letters or figures (Block. Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair exhaust fan motor for 300 mm sweep (Dark Grey in colour) matching with existing motor make and removing old unserviceable motor from exhaust fan, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, etc. (excluding light fitting), removing materials from site and making good disturbed surface of walls & floors etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for point wiring with PVC un-sheathed and PVC insulated cable with stranded FRLSH copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm size in and including PVC casing caping of required (20/25/32mm) width including one No. 1.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated FRLSH copper cable for continuous earth wire connected to earth dolly including sunken type pressed steel terminal boxes of suitable size with plastic laminated white/coloured top sheet cover 3 mm thick for one light / fan / bell point controlled by one 5 Amp switch one way and making good disturbed surface of walls etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F switch piano, flush type, single pole, one way, 5 Amps, 230 Volts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F ceiling rose, surface bakelite, three terminals, AC, 230 Volts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Point wiring with PVC un-sheathed and PVC insulated cable with stranded FRLSH copper conductor cable 2.5 Sq mm size in and including PVC casing caping of required width (20/25/32mm) including one No. 2.5 Sq mm single core PVC insulated FRLSH copper cable for continuous earth wire connected to earth dolly including sunken type pressed steel terminal boxes of suitable size with plastic laminated white/coloured top sheet cover 3 mm thick for one 6 Pin, 15/16 Amp socket outlet on the independent board from DB & and making good disturbed surface of walls & floors etc, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge. Note- For Power point of Geyser Switch and Socket outlet shall be placed on suitable location of operator as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
