Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth for foundation, trenches for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/loose soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soils not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars in reinforcement, 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to Fe-500D complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild Steel TMT deformed bars of grade Fe-500D of bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia stirrups ,spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Reinforced cement concrete type A1 1:1.5:3 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) Foundations, including rafts,footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns,etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Reinforced Cement Concrete (Nominal Mix) Type A1 1:11/2:3 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in Beams, cantilevers, lintels over 1.5 M span complete all as specified and as directed.

Fair finished form work to sides of concrete foundations , footings,bases of columns,raft and raft beams,sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams,and similar work,vertical or to batter complete all as specified and directed.

Fair finished Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etc complete ete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for broken stone or boulders of Hardcore of guage n.exc 63 mm, depositted, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Spreading and levelling in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick of excavated soil and well ramming including watering as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type D- 2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick Cement concrete type B -0, 1:2:4 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as inas in floor averaging course/sub base of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles, matt finish of grade B-II(a), 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), light coloured group, area of each tile exceeding 0.18Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, laid in floors of pattern as approved over and including 15mm thick screed bed in Cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles, matt finish of grade B-II(a), 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), light coloured group of size matching to floor tile as approved, fixed in vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match floor tile over a backing coat in Cement Mortar 1:4, 10mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed coloured ceramic tiles of grade B-III, 7mm thick of size 450mm x 300mm of size matching to floor tile as approved by GE, fixed in vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match floor tile over and including a backing coat in Cement Mortar 1:4, 10mm thick all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Granite 18-20mm thick work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms,verandah including nosing and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over a screed bed of 20mm thick cement mortar 1:6 including rounding edges/nosing including nosing half round bullnose finish at edges etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Granite slab 18-20mm thick machine cut (table rubbed and polished) in skirtings/jambs/dados in cement morar (1:4)including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of graite. in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of stone including cutting and polishing of tiles complete including backing coat of 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as dirtected.

Material and labour for rendering in Cement Mortar 20mm thick in two coats in Cement Mortar 1:4 with outer 10mm thick layer mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers' instructions on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces, finished even and fair on external all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in walls in Cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved quality.

Material and labour for Preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shad (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing new plastered surface on walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion any colour over one coat of alkali resistant primer work including providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 1 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft soil/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base of flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 300mm x 300mm x 22- 25 mm thick chequered cement concrete tiles with rubber moulded, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with gray cement and pigment in floors including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around ,in layers not exceeding 25 CM in soft/loose soil including removal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good the surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Steel Tubular truss pipe as in truss purlins, post, rafters etc, including cutting welding and buffing with special shaped washers etc confirming to ISI 1161-1998 Steel Grade 240 complete all as specified and as directed.

supply and fix Mild Steel Plates (Plain or chequerred) channels, square cut or notched forming holes without any attachement confirming to Fe-410 Grade 240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix MS screw bolt exceeding 10 Cm but not exceeding 15 Cm long and neck dia 11-15 mm,machine made wih hexagonal or square head a one end and screwed the other or screwed the both ends,fitted with washers andhexagonal nuts and drilling etc of section confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix Pre-painted galvalume aluminum and zinc alloy coating steel based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick (TCT) of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, cut as per site requirement, fixed with self drilling/self tapping screws with EPDM seal etc., complete all as specified by manufacturer specification and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precastconcrete articles portions ordered to be dismantled complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (Nominal area) unsheathed FRLS multi-stranded copper conductor PVC insulated cable 1100 volts grade single core drawn into and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit of 20 mm dia concealed in wall/floors etc/PVC casing/capping along with 1.5 sqmm unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor cable PVC insulated 1100 volts grade as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly fixed to wall/ ceiling roof and including 2mm thick terminal boxes MS sheet flush mounted with 3mm thick laminated hylem sheet for mountling switches, socket, fan regulators etc complete for one light point/f or one fan point, bell point controlled by one switch of 5/6 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.
