Providing and laying of filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and technical specification.

Embankment construction with Material obtained from Borrow Pits (Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2)

Plain / Reinforced cement concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications C RCC Grade M20 casel Using Concrete Mixer

Dry stone pitching 22.5 cms thick using laterite stone of approved quality including supplying of stone and preparing surface etc. complete.

Excavation in Soil by Manual Means. (Excavation for roadway in soil using manual means including loading in truck for carrying of cut earth to embankment site with all lifts and lead upto 1000 metres.)

Granular Sub - Base with Corse Graded Material ( table :- 400-2) ( Construction of granular sub -base by Providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401) (iii) for grading III Material

Water Bound Macadam ( Providing , laying, Spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density.) Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface (Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including Reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.)

Painting on concrete surface (Providing and applying 2 coats of water based cement paint to unplastered concrete surface after cleaning the surface of dirt, dust, oil, grease,efflorescence and applying paint @ of 1 litre for 2Sq.m.)

All Fittings (bolts, nuts, fasteners, washers etc.) shall be conforming to IS: 1367& IS:1364 & galvanished by hot dip zinc coated process @0.55kg/m2 conforming to relevant IS specifications all etc. complete
