Re survey and plotting of entire Industrial Estate Complex Dollygunj.

Surveying shall be carried out for the following points: (i) Conduct of Total Station Surveying including traversing. (ii) Existing infrastructures: - identification and mapping of all current structure including sheds, buildings, cc drain culvert, retaining wall, water sump, overhead tank, trees, telephone lines, sewerage line, roads, cc footpath, electric poles, transformers, water supply pipelines, And other amenities (iii) Boundatry mapping: -clear demarcation of plot boundaries for all existing structure with names and numbers. (iv) Vacant area Assessment: - evaluation of the total areas for development along with proposed plot sizes (300 to 500sqm) ensuring adequate provision for all basics amenities. (v) Undevelopment Land :- identification of land unsuitable for development due to terrains challenges, loose soil, water bodies or other constraints along with suggestion for potential alternative use for utilizes and amenities. (vi) Clearing of jungle :- Trimming of tree and cutting the bushes wherever is required for conduct of survey. (vii) Providing, uploading in google and supplying google and supplying of hard and soft copy :- Preparation , uploading in google and supplying of drawing/ layout plan to convenient scale and furnishing04 copies of AUTO CAD drawing of all the above mentioned detailed. The drawing shall also include marking of boundary lines., existing infrastructure with names and numbers of existing terraces which will need to be adopted for construction of the entire building and the existing infrastructure.
