Loosening of the ground upto a level of 300 mm ( three hundred milimetre) below the subgrade level, watered, graded and compacted in layers to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 for subgrade construction as per Technical Specification Clause 303.5.2 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber(Earth work for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil completed as per HP.PWD specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation etcetera with earth or quarry soil etcetera and re-rolling the sub-grade complete as per HP.PWD specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site upto all leads and lifts and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401 for Grading-I materials per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN ( eighty into hundred )weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etcetera as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying priming coat with bitumen Emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 to 1.00kg/sqm (Zero point seventy to one kilogram per square metre ) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1 using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 Kg to 0.30 Kg per sqm (Zero point two five kilogram to zero point three zero kilogram per square metre) on prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm (Twenty millimetre) compected thickness composed of type-A 13.2mm to 5.6mm (Thirteen point two millimetre to five point six millimeters) aggregates at the rate of 0.27 cum (Zero point two seven cubic metre) mixed with VG-10 paving bitumen at the rate of 14.6kg (Fourteen point six kilogram) on road surface per ten square metre to required line,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing and heating binder and aggregate in a suitable plant, laying with paver finisher and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN ( eighty to hundred ) static capacity road roller finished to required level and grade to be followed by seal coat as per technical specification clause 508 including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying seal coat for sealing the voids in bituminious surface laid to specified level grade and cross fall using type-B as per technical specification clause 510 VG-10 paving bitumen at the rate of 6.80 kg ( six point eight kilogram ) premix with 0.06cum ( zero point zero six cubic metre) of fine aggregate per 10sqm ( ten square metre ) heated in mini hot mix plant and laying mechanically of mixed material and rolling with power roller 8-10 ( eight to ten ) capacity as per direction of Engineer- in -Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of V- Shape Drain of plain cement concrete Cement Concrete 1:3:6(One Cement :Three Sand : Six Graded /Crushed stone aggregate 20mm(twenty millimetres) nominal size) 10cm. thick concrete and of 45X25cm (Forty five into twenty five centimetres) size in accordance with the reqirement of specification true to lines and grades dimensions and other particulars as per drawing and technical specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
