Supplying & Growing of Carpet lawn at site fresh &a free from weeds having proper roots in green including loading, unloading, carriage and all taxes paid etc.and as per direction of officer in charge.

Providing & fixing in position clear 1.2 mts Height G.I. PVC coated chain link fencing by using chain link fencing of G.I. wire 4.0mm diameter and PVC coating of 1.50 mm thickness with gaps of chain link 50 x 50mm size. The chain link to be fixed using M.S. angles of ISA 100 x 100 x 6 mm for vertical post of 1.20mts. height above ground level and 0.90 mts. below ground level embedded in C.C. pillar at 2.50 mts. centre to centre. Placing M.S. Angles of ISA 70 x 70 x 6 mm in position such that Top & Bottom angle remains in horizontal line to be fixed with nut & bolts. The chain link fencing to be fixed in the ISA angle with necessary screw, pin, staples and M.S. Patti of 2mm thick & 25mm wide by making required holes including the cost of all cutting, bending, jointing, welding etc. and including the cost of Zinc rich priming coat & 2 coats of oil painting to M.S. angles to be embedded in C.C. 1:2:4 of size 0.50 x 0.50 x 0.50 mts. and finishing etc complete as directed by engineer-in-charge. The rate is including of all Excavation, Soling, PCC, Painting etc. complete.

Wall painting (two coats) with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade including throughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and sand papered smooth.

Finishing wall with weather proof exterior emulsion paint on wall surface (two coats) to give an required shape even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt, and remains of loose powdered materials.etc complete

Painting Two coats (excluding priming coat) on previously painted wood and wood based surface with enamel paint, to give an even shade including cleaning the of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Applying priming coat over new steel and other metel surface after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning, oil,grease, dirt and other foreign matter and scoured with brushes fine steel wood, scrapers and sand paper with ready mixed priming paint brushing red lead.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surface with enamel paint, brushing, interior to give an even shade including cleaning the surface an even shade including cleanicn the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter.

Supplying and spreading of red garden earth including all lead and lift, transportation charges with spreading of earth etc. complete, including cost of material and labour as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

IRRIGATION Supply of Irrigation Hardware - Pipes, Irrigation Devices-Sprinklers, Drip, Valves, Automation Components-Valves, Controllers, Cables, Pumping System, Filtration Unit.
