M&L for repairs to pot holes exceeding 30 mm depth and not exceeding 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scouring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc., cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by applying a tack coat with bitumen primer(VG-10) @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bitumenous semidense concrete (design mix), 25 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5 % paving bitumen of grade VG-30, binder content by weight of total mix, laid with mechanical paver, rolled & compacted in required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all as specified and as directed

Scarifying and picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and in exc 50 mm and n exc 100 mm in depth and removing the same to a distance n exc 50 m and staking complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Premix bituminous macadam (consolidated thickness 75 mm) with 4 % binder content by weight of total mix using bitumen VG-30 laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 tonne capacity power roller by using hot mix plant & mechanical paver complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Water Bound Macadam (WBM) 75 mm (consolidated thickness) with sand stone coarse aggregate of grading (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with granite trap or basalt type aggregate 8 to 12 ton power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparing existing black top surfaces of road with wire brushing for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny Bags to remove all loose dirt etc applying evenly a priming tack coat with bitumen primer of bitumen grade VG-10 @ 5.0 kg per 10 sqm and providing and laying bituminous premixed semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5 % paving bitumen of grade VG-30, binder content by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required gradieent & camber using 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for preparation of black top surfaces of road and applying 2 mm thick retro-reflective thermoplastic road marking paint, as lines, dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads, pavements and the like exc 10 cm width, by mechanical machine, white or golden yellow complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair, plastic Glass Beads Reflectors Cat Eyes made of body materials ABC plastic size 117 mmx 117 mm x 23 mm reflector 19 or 20 BI glass elements on each side with compressive strength upto 35 tonnes, yellow colour body with reflector fixing by epoxy complete all as specified and as directed. Dismanling stone slab / tiles of any description or thickness, laid, bedded and pointed in cement mortar in floors, hard standing, apron etc complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground flooors and paving n exc 15 cm (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base / flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured precast cement concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size as approved , 60 mm thick, conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 grade, glossy finish as in floor/ pavement laid over 25 mm thick stone dust cushioning, laid dry to the profile over subbase / hardcore filling complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete coloured chequered tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 22 mm thick as in floor / pavement, laid, set jointed and pointed with grey cement and pigment slurry, over and including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.
