Repair and maint of HT distribution system and allied works at Khunmoh under GE 861 EWS EWS

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in any type of soil for laying cables / pipes / poles etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches river sand clean including spreading/ leveling, cushioning for underground cables complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose.

Supply and laying in replacement reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class HV, type 2, flat of size 450mm x 180mm x 40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, cross sectional area 70Sqmm 3 Core, laid in trenches, ducts, passing through pipe, fixed to poles and including taking up/ down existing unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- During Cable passing through or laying by roads, boring of road will be done by contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing in repair of HT cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade cross section area 120 sqmm 3 core complete laid in trenchers, duct, passing through pipe, fixed to poles complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and fixing in replacement synthetic Rubber insulated mats 25 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006, (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 70- 95 Sq mm complete all as specified and directed.
