Water Supply Component

Providing & installing, testing & commisioning of 1 no electrically driven Submersible Pump set of KSB or equivalent make of capable of delivering 750 LPM against a head of 50 mtr (15 BHP) along with electric panel board consisting of electrical appliances such as automatic Star Delta Push Button or oil imeersed starter,Main Switch, VM, AMpere Meter, ELCB, Shunt capacitor. Single phase, preventer, Indicating lamps, Kit-Kat etc. complete in all respects.

Repair Pump Chamber

Applying Pink Primer or-aluminium priming coat including preparation of surface With special quality paint

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with ready mixed paint in all shades on new wood work With special quality paint

White washing 3 coats inside of pump chamber.

Finishing wall with exterior decorative cement based paint such as snowcem robbiacem etc. on new work in two coats to give even shade.

Preparation of plastered surfaces for distempering including surface, applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of plaster of Paris and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete. Inside pump Chamber.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved manufacture two coats over one priming coat to give an even shade.

Supplying & fixing glass panes including special metal sash putty of approved make.

Construction of Plinth Protection of OHSR 50000 ltr Capacity Complete in all respects.

Repair of Expansion Joint of 25000 ltr OHSR (100mm i/d)

DEVELOPMENT OF WATER WORKS SITE.

Providing & fixing 1.2mtr high fencing around the head works site with 1.65 meter post, placed every 2.5 meters apart, embedded in cement concrete blocks and every tenth post to be strutted with three rows of G.I. Barbed wire weighing 9.34 Kg per 100 meters (minimum) and fixing with GI staples tied to 6mm bar nib, with binding wire or by providing cut, including drilling holes in the post, including cost of posts, winding wire, strutted earth work in the post & aluminum painting complete in all respects as per DWSS standard Drawing

Providing and Fixing precast pre-stressed cement concrete fencing pole M-40 by 4 Nos. parallel high tensile entwined wire (ISI marked wire 4 mm dia fencing pole size at bottom 4" x 3", size top 3" x 3",Lenght 6ft, hooks 6 No. including cost of excavation, sand filling and erection complete in all respects

Providing & fixing D-Hook complete with MS Bolts size 300mm x 18mm as per DWSS standard Drawing

Construction of brick masonry corner pillar including cost of cement pointing including cost of material complete in all respects as per DWSS standard Drawing

Construction of Foot Path with masonry toe wall & earth filling and Cement Concrete 1:8:16 with 40 mm gauge stone aggregate, 40 mm thick cement concrete topping 1:2:4, inside water works as per DWSS standard Drawing

Disinfection Unit:

Providing Installing testing and commissioning and one no. electronically actuated, diaphragm operated, metering system, chemical dosing chlorinator, suitable for delivering 0.5 to 6 leter of bleaching powder solution /sodium hypo solution per hrs under maximum deliver pressure upto 7kg/cm2 and suction left not less than 1.5 meter. Provision for connecting New pipe line with Existing pipe line

Repair of Pipe line to remove the leakage including bailing out of water with required jointing materials complete in all respects.

Repair of Toe Wall of size 15x2x0.23 mtr complete in all respects

Providing & Fixing New Automatic Control Device

Water Connection

Providing proposed water connection to house hold up to wall with providing laying , jointing, testing MDPE pipe line 15mm o/d 2 mtr & GI 15mm i/d 2.50 mtr, including cost of specials such as tees, bends, sockets, elbow etc, cutting threading and testing in trenches in the ground and ISI marked 15mm i/d GN ferrule as oer IS:2692 and 3'' i/d clamp with C.I. bib cock 15mm i/d as per IS:210 with stainless steel spindle of approved make complete with excavation

Excavation manually in trenches for pipe lines with straight or open cutting in streets and lanes in builtup area where width of street/Lane from wall to wall is less than 3 meter including trimming and dressing sides levelling of beds of trenches to correct grade, cutting joint holes, refilling consolidation,watering, including the cost of dewatering of rain water, diversion for traffic, night signals. Providing & fixing caution boards, watching, fencing, etc. and removal of surplus soil from the site upto 15 meter distance complete in all respects.

uPVC Pipe 63 mm o/d

Providing and laying, jointing, fixing testing ISI marked GI Pipe (as per IS 1239) B-Class, premium make such as (Jindal Hisar) including cost of Specials such as tee, bends, sockets, elbow etc., cutting threading and testing in trenches in the ground complete .

GI Pipe 50mm i/d

Providing & fixing C.I/D.I Flanged end, stem of SS (AIS1410) and Bronze(gunmetal) working parts sluice valves ISI marked 14846-2000 including jointing, testing & cost of Nut, Bolt & insertion sheet, all carriage complete (with the approval of Engineer in-charge).

Construction of masonry sluice valve chamber size 0.60m x 0.60m as per DWSS standard

Dismantling and restoration of Cement Concrete Road complete in all respect as per DWSS standard approved analysis.

Contractor shall be quote rates only for dismantling of mettaled road & back filling with excavated earth fully compacted the restoration of the mettaled road to its original condition will be done by the concerned department i.e. PWD (B&R) PMB/Panchayati Raj)

Painting of Sign Board both sides including priming coat , printing & Map as per Water Supply & Sanitaton standard
