Comprehensive repair/maintenance of passenger lifts (ESCON- make) includuing carrying out daily check and periodical services of fully automatic electrical lift with power operated door, simplex collective control system, with repair and maintenance of unserviceable damaged parts,such as bearings, bushes,all types of guide shoes, hangers, car door, door locks and its contact control cards/ logic boards, control connector/links, limit switches, push buttons and its spares, welding of crack/ broken MS parts, repair and maintenance of door safety edge working at any principle and any type sensor or mechanical safety lock, magnetic lock or control, LOP and COP buttons with bulbs, digital and combined luminous display including buttons inside the car as well as at each floor for car position indication and indicator floor calling/ indication display buttons , floor/ door sill, necessary wiring and cable as per requirement for safe operations of lifts, maintaining of acrylic sheets of suitable size , battery operated alarm bell and emergency light, repair/maintenance of control panel, cleaning of SWR etc to ensure safety and smooth functioning of all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for following. Note:- (i) Cost of minor spare parts/ routine material required for above mentioned maintenance is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. No additional cost of spares is admissible for the above maintenance. Decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final & binding regarding minor spares / routine material. (ii) Two Nos. experienced mechanic / technician including reliever for providing weekly off shall be available round the clock at lift complaint cell to attend breakdown and ensure the safe, smooth, trouble free functioning of the lift.

Notes (applicable for 1.01 & 1.02):- (i) The maintenance of lifts shall be done through OEM. The bidder has to upload (in cover-1) and submit a MOU from the ESCON (OEM) or their authorized / accredited agency for this effect. A scanned copy of MOU shall be uploaded as packet 1 (cover-1), without upload and submission of hard copy of MOU from the OEM / accredited agency of OEM before opening of tender the respective bid shall be disqualified in ‘T’ bid evaluation and his finance bid shall not be opened.

(ii) Fortnightly, monthly and quarterly inspection schedule for proper maintenance of lift and necessary documentation including all spare parts required to be replaced during the period shall be as per particular specification

(iii) The parts shall be genuine and from original Equipment manufacturer (OEM) and approved by GE.

(iv) All minor spare parts and parts recommended by the OEM required for repair/replacement for maintenance of lifts to be replaced during AMC at no extra payment as per particular specification

(v) Repalcement of major parts as per relevant item of BOQ will only be paid separately.

(vi) Cleaning and sanitiazation of lift well, machine room and lift car shall be the responsibility of contractor. Note : Cost shall be deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates

(vii) It is mandatory for contractor / vendor to keep and stay their operational and maintenance staff in premises of Military Station Lalgarh Jattan, site for the time period as ordered in case of emergency, war, pandemic, epidemic as declared by State or Central Government of India. All expenses on this account shall be born by the contractor and deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates

Taking down old unserviceable main sheave and supply and fix of new main sheave including nuts, bolts, washers and woodruff key complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : ESCON or recommended by OEM (ESCON) and approved by GE

Taking down old unserviceable pit bottom pulley and supply and fix of new pit bottom pulley including nuts, bolts, washers and woodruff key complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : ESCON or recommended by OEM (ESCON) and approved by GE

Taking down old unserviceable speed top pulley and supply and fix of new speed top pulley including nuts, bolts, washers and woodruff key complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : ESCON or recommended by OEM (ESCON) and approved by GE

Dismantling and taking down the traction motor of 13 passenger lift from the main machine for rewinding / replacement to worn out parts such as bearings, shaft, cooling fan, nuts and bolts etc. and refixing with the existing machinery with proper alignment and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : ESCON or recommended by OEM (ESCON) and approved by GE

Dismantling and taking down the traction motor of 08 passenger lift from the main machine for rewinding / replacement to worn out parts such as bearings, shaft, cooling fan, nuts and bolts etc. and refixing with the existing machinery with proper alignment and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : ESCON or recommended by OEM (ESCON) and approved by GE

Dismantling and taking down the gear box assembly of 13 pasenger lift from the main machine for repair / replacement of unserviceable / worn out parts gear oil such as worn wheel, worn shaft bushes, thrust bearing and pedestal bearing and necessary packing including overhauling, cleaning and refixing with the existing machinery with proper alignment and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : ESCON or recommended by OEM (ESCON) and approved by GE

Dismantling and taking down the gear box assembly of 08 pasenger lift from the main machine for repair / replacement of unserviceable / worn out parts gear oil such as worn wheel, worn shaft bushes, thrust bearing and pedestal bearing and necessary packing including overhauling, cleaning and refixing with the existing machinery with proper alignment and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : ESCON or recommended by OEM (ESCON) and approved by GE

Dismantling and taking out of old unserviceable VFD unit and supply and fixing of new VFD Unit suitable for 13 Passenger Lift complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : YASKAVA L1000A or similar specifications as recommended by OEM (ESCON) and approved by GE

Dismantling and taking out of old unserviceable VFD unit and supply and fixing of new VFD Unit suitable for 8 Passenger Lift complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : YASKAVA L1000A or similar specifications as recommended by OEM (ESCON) and approved by GE

M & L for supply and fixing of automatic Rescue Device CARD complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : ESCON or recommended by OEM (ESCON) and approved by GE

Dismantling and taking out unserviceable batteries and supply and fixing new, 12V , 12AH Batteries including necessary connection, cable etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Exide power safe plus EP-12-12 or similar specifications in AMRON or as approved by GE

Disconnecting and dismantling the unserviceable door sensor and supply , fixing, testing and commissioning of new door sensor suitable for 13/8 passenger lift as per existing pattern / specification complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : ESCON or recommended by OEM (ESCON) and approved by GE

Disconnecting and dismantling the unserviceable door drive unit and fixing of new door drive unit for 13/8 passenger lift as per existing pattern / specification complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : ESCON or recommended by OEM (ESCON) and approved by GE

Dismantling and taking out of unserviceable cabin LED light 0.3 watt and supply and fixing of LED light complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make : ESCON or recommended by OEM (ESCON) and approved by GE

Dismantling and taking out of unserviceable cabin air circulator and supply and fixing of cabin air circulator complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
