Taking down, dismantling/unscrewing electric water heater (Geyser) for repair/servicing and re-fixing after doing the complete repairs and reconnecting to electrical supply, water supply line and testing with water pressure complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Necessary spare parts required for repairs shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only heating element of 1500 watt of any type copper sheathed and nickel plated of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only heating element of 2000 watt of any type copper sheathed and nickel plated of suitable size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only thermostat suitable for 25/50 Litre water heater (Geyser) of any make ranging from 0-90 degree Celsius complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only heating element cum thermostat for 25-50 litres capacity including connecting to electrical connection complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only fusible plug having melting point of 90 degree to C/100 degree C (as per sample) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only copper inner tank of 25/35 litre capacity for geyser complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only copper inner tank of 50 litre capacity for geyser complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only glass wool for geyser complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only base plate assembly with rubber packing suitable for water heater (geyser) of any make/any model for 25/35 litre capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only base plate assembly with rubber packing suitable for water heater (geyser) of any make/any model for 50 litre capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only safety valve suitable for 25ltr/35ltr/50ltr geysers complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only neon lamp indicator red / green rectangular / round type, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in replacement of PVC connection pipe of 15mm dia of 450mm long with check nuts on both ends with rubber washer suitable for Hot/Cold water complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs PVC insulated flexible cable of 3 core with stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs of modular socket 2 in 1 of 6 pin 6A/16 amp 2 modules complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs of modular switch one way 16 amps 1 module complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs of plug top 3 pin 15 Amps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully aluminum/copper point wiring on batten or in PVC conduit or in MS conduit with GI earth wire etc (for light, fan, socket or power) including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for complete wiring with cable of size 4.0 sqmm copper multistrand conductor including continuous earth wire, using the 4.0 Sqmm cable of FRLS insulated (unsheathed) 1100 volts grade conforming to IS-694 drawn in to and including concealed pvc rigid conduit medium grade with all fittings and accessories and terminated in to pressed steel metal flush boxes suitable for modular accessories and modular cover plates with frame for mounting switches, socket, regulator, brackets etc and including necessary cement work including cutting chases pinning in making good to facing and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to the ends or cutting chases for concealed conduit point wiring and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down carefully sub main wiring off any size including batten and making good the disturbed surface of walls complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for sub main wiring with single core copper multi strand conductor FRLS flexible insulated (unsheathed) cable of size 2x6 Sqmm and 1x4 Sqmm as in continuous earth wire drawn into & including PVC conduit medium 25mm dia ISI marked with fittings and fixings accessories laid concealed and including necessary cement work including cutting chases pinning in making good to surfaces and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to the ends or cutting chases for concealed conduit sub main wiring and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the surroundings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: 1. Cutting not exceeding 4cm in depth and 4cm width. 2. 2 runs of 6 Sq mm cable, 1 run of 4 Sqmm cable and 1 run of PVC conduit with accdessory shall be measured as one unit of RM.

S&F in repair of 15 mm bore GI tubing of medium grade fixed on walls/floor/ceiling with and including necessary GI fittings such as sockets, bends, elbows, tees, short pieces etc including taking down the existing GI tubing and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair of 20 mm bore GI tubing of medium grade fixed on walls/floor/ceiling with and including necessary GI fittings such as sockets, bends, elbows, tees, short pieces etc including taking down the existing GI tubing and making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for storage type water heater (Geyser), 230 Volt AC, 25 Ltrs capacity with 5-star rating comprising copper inner tank, suitable heating element, thermostat with adjustable temperature sitting 0-90 C, indication lamps provision of inlet outlet and air vent connections & NRV, PVC connection 15 mm size, heavy duty with brass nuts, 450 mm long mounted on wall surfaces including all fixing arrangement such s faster bolts, nuts washers etc complete including making good the disturbed wall surfaces matching with the existing surfaces and finishing all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. M&L for making stand for solar hot water storage tank and solar collector with MS angles of any size including necessary welding and two coats of synthetic enamel point over one coat of red oxide primer duly preparing the iron surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, mass concrete for fixing solar water tank /panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Notes: The amount of Rs 25,205.00 against schedule of credit given on Tender Serial Page No 32 shall be deducted from the total amount quoted by the contractor against BOQ while deriving the contract sum for acceptance.
