Table Office Officer/Clerk Steel (FD-1002/FD-1003) Taking out old unserviceable Table Top of Table Office Clerk steel and supply & fixing of new table top of over all size 1200x600mm made out of 18mm thick commercial Plywood BWR type ISI marked covered with 1.00mm thick plastic laminated sheet of natural teak colour shade on top and fixed with synthetic adhesive including 18x4mm teak wood beading all round finished with French polish on prepared surface until required shining shade and colour shall be approved by Engineer- in- Charge complete all as per drawing.

Ditto as per item Srl No 1.00 here-in-before but Table Office Officer. Size 1370x760mm

Repairs to drawer of table office Officer/Clerk steel by running welding including automatic locking devices. So the drawers ply smoothly in its original position as per drg. One coat of synthetic enamel paint to be used to match with the existing paint rest all as per drawing.

M&L for provisioning and fixing of the following parts of Table office Officer/Clerk steel including dismantling of damaged parts complete all as specified and shown on drawing :

Brass lock with duplicate key (Heavy quality) for drawer

Leg made of square M S tube 25mm and 1.6 mm thick

Drawer made of 20 gauge MS plain sheet.

M&L for Painting, removing of existing worn-out paint from inside and outside of frames and preparation of surface complete frame for the following steel furniture and applying spraying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint, Silver Grey/O G by spray Gun for smooth & glossy finish.

Removing old unserviceable broken aluminium channel for shutter of table dressing ladies with mirror and Supply & Fixing new aluminium channel of required size all as shown in drawing and as directed.

Replacement of drawer made out of well seasoned teak wood all as shown in drawing.

Table Dressing Gents with Mirror (FD-230) Repairs to the following parts of Table Dressing Gents all as shown in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Replacement of UNSV looking Mirror of size 760mmx380mmx5mm thick fixed on existing frame with 6mm thick commercial plywood backing as per drawing. Make-Modiguard/Saintgobin/Swastik

Removing UNSV top of table dressing gents and supply & fixing new top by using 18mm thick commervial BWR Gde ply wood with 1 mm thick plastic laminated sheet to be pasted on top & 4 mm thick teak wood edging alround.

Removing of UNSV both side ply and S&F new 18mm thick commervial BWR Gde ply wood with 1 mm thick plastic laminated sheet to be pastedon top.

Removing UNSV back ply of table dressing Gents and supply & fixing new plywood 6mm thick 5 Ply BWR grade all as shown on drawing and as specified.

Removing UNSV bottom of table dressing gents and S&F new by using 18mm thick commervial BWR Gde ply wood .

Replacement of drawer made out of well seasoned teak wood all as shown on drg

Polishing to wooden parts of mirror dressing gents with two coats of french polish after necessary preparation of existing surface all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Trestle Store Room Wooden (FD-141) Repairs to the following parts of wooden trestle by new parts of appropriate size and shape with 2nd class Hard Wood as directed by Engineer-in-Charge & Specified.

Top made out of size 450mmx450mmx18mm thick Plywood BB(BWR) commercial ISI marked duly fixed with 1mm thick plastic laminated sheet on top. 4mm teak wood beading on edges shall be provided.

Supply & Fixing new Handle

Back ply of size 440mmx390mmx6mm thick commercial plywood shall be fixed at the back of the table bed side.

Side ply of required size made of commercial plywood duly fixed with 1mm thick plastic laminated sheet on both side and 4mm teak wood beading on edges shall be provided as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

S & F Hard Rubber Shoe

Painting with two coats of Synthetic enamel Black Paint after necessary preparation of all exposed steel surface of Table Bed Side all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Chair Computer (FD/MAP-II/ 01) S&F Back frame with Dimensions as shown on drngs. Back shall be of 18/19mm thick hot presed ply wood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam. The back frame shall be designed with contour lumber supports for extra conform with PVC lapping all arounds.

S&F Seat frame of size 510x470x60. Seat shall be of 18/19mm thick hot presed ply wood upholstered with fabric and moulded polyurethane foam. The seat frame shall be designed with contour lumber supports for extra conform with PVC lapping all arounds.

S&F Pedestal assy injection moulded in black 30% glass filled nylon. A 10.5 mm dia forged bright zinc plated MS castor pin is of press fitted into each prong for holding the castors. It is 600mm pitch centre dia.

S&F Twin Wheel Castor all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Hand Rest shall be with Black intergral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert. It shall be scratch and weather resistant.

Chair Writing Steel FD/E6/MAP/12 Replace the following parts of Chair writing Steel as shown in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Seat shall be 12mm thick hot pressed plywood Upholstered with febric and moulded polyurethene foam with PVC lipping all round. The polyurethene foam shall be 50mm thick and shall be moulded with density 50-55 kg per cubic meter thick and hardness 20 kg on humpden machine.

Back shall be 12mm thick hot pressed plywood Upholstered with febric and moulded polyurethene foam with PVC lipping all round. The polyurethene foam shall be 50mm thick and shall be moulded with density 50-55 kg per cubic meter thick and hardness 20 kg on humpden machine.

Hand rest shall be made of black integral skin polyurethene with 75-85 shore 'A' Hardness & Reinforced with MS insrest. It shall be scratch and wheather Resistant Size 210mm (Inner) and 230mm (Outer).

Chair Dining Offrs (FD/MAP-II/ 04) Replace the following parts of the Chair Dining Offrs as shown in drawing and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing foam cushion of size 75mm x 455 x 415mm thick of 40 density with leatherite cloth (as per sample) for chair dining offrs cushion, Make-Feather Foam/ Kurlon/Sleepwell

Material & labour for two coats of French polishing on all visual surfaces (internal & external as shown on drg) of Chair Dining Offrs including cleaning and preparing the surface of the articles of wooden furniture as specified and direct by Engineer-in-Charge.

(Note : The Scope of Work contained in 'Sch of Credit' amounting to Rs. 39850.00 (refer Tender Srl Page No 36). The Quoted sum shall be arrived at after deducting the amount of “Sch of Credit” from the total amount of the ‘BoQ’
