Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in bed blocks for hold fast & similar work etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof padding (average 40mm thick), roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edge, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application over a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.6 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces and including 10 mm thick (1:4) as on roof, cement plaster on padding surface, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cmx20mm thick,machine pressed ; set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in roof with grey cement and no pigment, and cut and polished over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) as on roof, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position , removing debris and rubbish from the site, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to sunken floors of kitchen, toilets, laboratories, bath and WC's etc shall be as under:- (i) Application of Two component acrylic modified cementitious coating. (aa) The surfaces to be applied shall be completely dry and free from contaminants such as dirt, dust, oil surface treatments and old coatings. Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or milling to remove cement litance, existing coatings and achieve a gripping profile that is clean, dry and free from litanceand any other form of surface contamination. the installation instructions in manufacturer's published literature should be strictly compiled with, including but not limited to the following:- (bb) Chipping out any visible cracks in 'V- Groove' pattern as applicable. Special attention on this part cleaning of cracks and then filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 putyy/Dr Fixit 302 SBR latex/perma latex SBR/FOSROC Nitibond SBR latex/Asian Paints latex as required. Final cleaning of surface with power grinder, wire brush, hair brush and vaccum pressure if required. (cc) Dampen all surfaces immediately ahead of application of Acrylic modified cemetitious coating of Sika Top seal - 107/brush Bond FOSROC/ Dr Fixit/ STP/ CICO. (dd) Whilst the surface is still damp from saturation (SSD), apply one coat of acrylic modified cementitious coating of Sika Top seal-107/Brush bond FOSROC/Dr fixit/STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer's instructions. (ee) Apply glass fabric sheet of Sika Fab 1/FOSROC/Dr Fixit/STP whilst the first coat is wet. (ff) Once touch dry apply second coat of Acrylic modified cementitious coating of Sika Top Seal- 107/Brush bond FOSROC/Dr FiXit/STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer's instructions on the entire area. (gg) Second coat shall be applied after 6-8 hrs of application of previous coat and in the direction right angle to the previous coat. (hh) The waterproofing coating should be taken to a height minimum 300mm above the finished floor level on the vertical surface. (jj) It is essential to cure acrylic modified cementitious coating immediately after application (minimum 6-8 hrs drying) for a minimum of 3 to 5 days to ensure full cement hydration and to minimize cracking.

Material and labour for Cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 (using 40mm stone aggregate) as in sunken flooring, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in drainage spout pipe GI 40 mm dia bore light grade upto outside of outer wall (Approx 450 mm to 600 mm long) including cutting to existing wall and making good the disturbed surface with existing specifications, complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring for laying floor finish, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick, concrete or stone walls,etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc of any description, removing debris and rubbish from the site, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plastering in CM (1:6) on brick or concrete surfaces other than fair surface, finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 5 mm thick cement plastering in CM (1:3) on ceiling surfaces other than fair surface, finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair/unfair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and to be finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) including WPC @ 3% weight of cement etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- WPC will be measured and paid separately under appropriate items.

Material and labour Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) including preparation of new surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plaster surface and applying two coats of Oil bound distemper over a coat of primer over 2mm thick wall care putty on walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supply & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing including including necessary fittings , MS steel hinges and screws etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of factory made 35 mm thick flush shutters solid core construction with block board core and plywood face panels. Commercial type on both side, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of IInd class hard wood Glazed and skeleton shutters 35mm thick divided into square, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 clause 8.24 (a) ; supplied and fitted to chowkats, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of mild steel work Fe 410-W(Gde-E- 250) quality-A Fe in framed work as in door frame, shutter or gates of angle iron or other section with gusset plates,rails,braces etc complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering doors etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings and hanging also fastening, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing of 18/19mm thick Prelaminated particle board as in cupboard shutters, interior grade, prelaminted one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination, fixed with screws to SS butt hinges fixed with angle iron chowkhats, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 18 mm thick PVC board as in cupboard shelves, in kitchen cabinet etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing aluminium anodised barel tower bolt of extruded sec 150mm long ISI marked., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 20 mm thick in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed bed or beding in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs Stainless steel sink including drainage board, 1 mm thick for kitchen or laboratory, with plug, waste pipe, washers, including cantilever cast iron brackets, connecting union etc. overall size 915mm x 460mm with bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm with coupling and necessary fixing arrangment, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor & paving n.exc 15cm above or below ground level and removal, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C 2 as in plinth protection finishing the surface even and fair with out using extra cement laid to a slope of 1 to 20. It shall be laid in alternate bays, each bay not exceeding 3m in length with joint to be filled with bituminous mastic filling comprising of mixture of one part of heated not blown bitumen 85/25 penetration and three parts of heated sand all as directed.

Roughning the surface of old concrete floor picking sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust/mud etc.and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3kg/Sqm, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over 15mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar (1:3) laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Green Marble work 16mm to 18mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, window cills, cooking platforms, stair case and like with bull nosing in cement mortar (1:4) incl pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade including making grooves for slip guard on steps, edge moulding, making 30mm dia hole in cooking counter slab & green marble top for gas pipe complete all as specified, directed and approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick joint free (square/rectangular) size 400mm x 400mm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement or clolured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface of size 450 x 350 x 6-7mm thick joint free on and incl 10mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repairing of RCC projections, chajjas, roofs, facia etc by necessary preparations i.e. scrapping, cutting, chiseling, dusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1:2:4) using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinforced with 10mm TMT bars with or without facia and finished with cement sand mortar (1:3) using coarse sand in patches area n.exc 5 Sqm each and thickness of RCC member exc 50mm including applying two coats of Finishes to match with the existing surfaces in upto 12m height, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of formwork and welded mesh, bldg ht upto 12 mtr, shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the Contractor.

Demolition of cement concrete (Reinforced) of any description and in any position and removal, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for RCC in (1:2:4) type B-1(using 20 mm graded stone agg) as in chajjas facia, shelves, lintel etc and similar work, complete all as specified and directed.

Of course, Home Shield ShaliPrime Zn R provides some impermeable barrier as well. Home Shield ShaliPrime Zn R is superior to paints/epoxies in providing corrosion protection. Product : HS EPBOND or equivalent. Consumption : 0.35 kg/m2. Product requirements : Complies with ASTM C 881 Type II Grade 2 Class B+C.

Supply and applying Berger HS repiarO or equivalent this is a one component, non-sag, cementitious, multi-purpose patching and repairs mortar. The repairs mortar should have a bulk density of ~1.6 kg/l and should have Compressive Strength at 12.0 N/mm² @ 24 hours (at 23°C /50% rh) | 31.0 N/mm² @ 7 days | 43.0 N/mm² @ 28 days. Note:- (i) Earth lead and protection pipe beyond 7.5 m shall be measured and Paid separately. (ii) On testing after completion of job, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing shall be redone by the contractor without any extra cost.

Supply and Laying in trenches/drawn through pipes or in road crossings/paths/drains/ducts/ floors/along poles/equipments etc, of LT cable under ground, heavy duty, armoured, XLPE insulated with multi-stranded aluminium conductor cable conforming to IS-7098 Part-I (1998), 1100 Volts grade of 16 Sqmm 4 core nominal cross sectional area including necessary double compression copper gland and connecting up using suitable size aluminium lugs testing, incl taking down old unsv one from site complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned down thickness only will be considered or payment.

Supply & laying sub class 'B' brick, well burnt brick, designation 75 of old size for protection of LT under ground cable against mechanical/trafic load, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by mechanically or manually by boring with backee for making suitable size of holes for passing LT cable of size upto 95 Sqmm, 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick buried in ground vertical to a depth not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized GI strip of size 32 x 6 mm and 40 mm dia bore 7.5 mtr long light grade GI protection pipe for earth strip and GI watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade from the top edge of earth plate fixed with deep cut on one end of pipe and fix from earth plate up to one feet above ground level of other end and plugged watering pipe at top with MS cap and grouted in PCC 1:2:4 of size 30 x 30 x 30 CM etc and 15 CM alternate layer of charcoal and salt around all sides of earth plate all as shown in electric plate no 3 of SSR part I of 2009, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Note:- (a) The unit rate shall include for protection pipe, GI water pipe, wire mesh, funnel and excavation. RCC pit cover, test point, GI strip 32x6mm from top of earth plate upto 5 metre above ground level and if GI protection pipe is less than 5 metre, no price adjustment shall be made. (b) PCC pit shall be provided at least 50 cm away from the earth pit and not just on the earth pit and extra cost of additional length of water pipes and fittings, junction, elbow etc shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate. (c) If the testing result of earthing work is not been found satisfactory then the contractor shall do other earthing work at his own cost and nothing shall be permissible on this account. (d) Earthing work will be carried out in presence of MES representative. (e) All joints either strip to strip or strip to earth plate are fixed with welded joints.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of LT Distribution Panel (CPRI type tested) cubicle type IP-65, outdoor type confirming to IS-61439, factory fabricated prewired made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet outer & 2 mm thick CRCA sheet inner of suitable size to accommodate all accessories/fittings compartmentalized in construction to accommodate the incoming/outgoing MCCB and TPN bus bars and outgoing feeders. The TPN bus bars shall be insulted with colour coated heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC support. The incoming as well as outgoing MCCBs shall have extension links of current carrying cap not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension links shall be supported on DMC support having provision for termination of incoming and outgoing cables. All extension links/interconnections shall be colour coated sleeves. The cubicle shall have frame work at bottom of MS channel MC 100 fixed to the top of plateform. The plateform of LT panel shall be pedestal type of suitable width and 600 mm height above ground level and minimum 400 mm below the ground level constructed with bricks (sub class'B') work duly plastered in CM 1:3 and PCC copping (1:2:4) not less than 50 mm thick over brick pedestal with adequate opening for entry of cable complete as per manufacture recommendation and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. A detachable gland plate of thickness not less than 3 mm thick should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size compression glands, the panel shall be painting with powder coated finish with RAL 7032 SIEMENS GRAY Structure after seven tank phosphate treatment front & back opening type and fixing 2 Nos danger notice plan with letter figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door to LT Panel with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English with double door shutter and shall have louvers and air vent gasket for natural flow of air Neoprene adhesive type gasket shall be used to make panel vermin proof and comprising of following, complete all as specified and directed:-
