Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position on roof slab etc and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Dismantling of single layer mangalore pattern or similar tiles in roofing etc and removing unserviceable tiles from site complete all as directed.

Dismantling of battens for tiles of any size including tilting fillets spacing exc. 15 cm and removing from site complete all as directed.

Dismantling of AC sheet corrugated, or semi corrugated in roof covering and removing unserviceable sheet from site complete all as directed.

Demolition of brick/precast block walling built in cement mortar and removing from site complete all as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated, steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness and removing unserviceable sheet from site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC (1:3:6) type- C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs , rounded or chamfered on edges, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded agg as in padding in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded and chamfered on edges and on chajjas laid over RCC surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-charge. (Note : Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick/ stone surfaces finished even and smooth with spong finish complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick surfaces finished even smooth with a thin layer of sagol complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for making hole and fixing the mettalic packer for hydrophobic PU foam and sealer without disturbing existing structure as per manfufacturer's insrtuction complete all as directed.

M & L for second course injection of core seal 135A/core seal 135B all as per manfucturer's insructions and as directed by Engr*in-Charge.Make Buid core chemicals/pidilite/chemistic/fosroc as approved.

M & L for core seal 357A core seal 357 CAT for carrying out non destructive WPT of sunken portion slab, floors of bathroom WC,WHB and floor traps (combined unit) by using construction chemical methods such as hydro phobic PU grouting ,epoxy coatings etc. including cleanig of surfaces with wire brush ,detecting the sources of leakag and repairing,removing /taking down insound treatment /surfaces all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed by Engr-in-charge.Make:Buildcore chemicals/Pidilite/chemistic/ fosroc as approved.

M & L for providing epoxy putty into crack after opening up crack in V-groove manner.Approximate 5x5mm size using mechanical cutter properly cleaning the same to remove loose dust,dirt etc.and filling the same using three component, solvent free,thxotropic, epoxy resin based putty having 100% solid contents, density of 1.64-1.68g/cc,compressive strength @ 7days-50N/mm2 ,pot file of 40minutes at 25 c, drying time 8 hrs,at 25 c .Recoatable time 24hrs after finishing in line and level with exisiting concrete surfaces etc and M & L for Reinstatment of the imperfections and blow holes/pits with polymer mortar all as specified and directed by engineer -in-charge. (Make of epoxy putty: thermax ltd. /M/s, SNI Infratech Pvt ltd ./ M/S Tikki Tar Danosa (INDIA) / M/S Carlisle Syntec Middile East.)

M & L for scraping the existing plaster upto the brick work and applying two coats of LP(f) & covering the entire area with polyrised poly bag with wire mesh and cover it with new plaster, followed by application of siliconate injection grout for rising dampness grouting should be identified and marked for in setting the nozzle for rising dampness. The spacing of holes will two nos hole in every one meter, using 12mm to 15mm dia drill bit, drill holes at an inclination of 45 the extent of 1/2 to 3/4 of the wall thickness and should be injected in the lowest possible point dampness and the material used in the wall and its construction, pump sufficient to create pressure of approx 3Kg/sqcm must inject chemical through pressure grouting machine. Inject the dilute liquid (1:4) by pumping till the point of return application of two coats of water based hyginic coat containing liquid is felt (min 10 lit) and allow to remain for some time before the next nozzle and observing the area for 24 hours including removing the extended/protruding nozzle and seal with the suitable compound the treated area should be washed througly followed by application of two coats of water based hygynic coat containing inentire scraped area and including removing of old material of any description, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, walls, chhajjas etc as specified below and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including taking down old waterproofing tratement. (a) M&L for 10mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3 mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instruction on concrete surfaces. (b) Preparing plastered surfaces of roof slab, walls, chajjas etc, by brooming with broom sweeping free from dirt dust etc & evenly applying a coat of approved bitumnous primer @ 0.70kg/Sqm of area complete all as specified. (c) Laying App polymer modified approved membrane, non woven, polyester, weighing not less than 3.5 kg/Sqm and 4mm thick with laps & overlaps as specified & joints sealed and applied complete by torch application method all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Carrying out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leakage & seepages to the entire satisfaction of GE. (d) Finally applying a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15 ltr/Sqm on the top of membrane surfaces complete all as specifed & as directed.

S & F 2nd class hardwood Battens for tiles, shingles etc sectional area exc 5 and n exc 15sqcm of size including tilting fillets all as specified and directed.

Fixing only battens obtained from dismantling vide item No 4 of BOQ.

S & F Roof tiles,mangalore Pattern,interlocking at side joints,laid dry etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 20 here-in-before but except tile.

S & F Pre- painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed

S & F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering and fixed with self tapping screws as specified and directed.

M & L 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi corrugated sheets in roof walls fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook bolts, washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 6mm thick AC sheets in roof walls with 'J' or' L' hook with washers complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for asbestos cement two piece adjustable ridge 6mm thick fixed with L or J bolts with washer etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only asbestos cement two piece adjustable ridge 6mm thick fixed with L or J bolts with washer etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast concrete solid block masonry exc 10 cm width with solid block of PCC (1:5:8) Gde C-5 and setting in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid integral water proofing compound, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with L type or J Type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc with grade of zine coating 275 etc complete all as specified.

Fixing only GI corrugated mild steel sheeting laid with two corrugation side lap, fixed with 'L' type or 'J' type or cranked hook in roof complete all as specified and directed.
