M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors, etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match laid over and including 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:6 as in floor including Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square /rectangular) polished light shade, area of each tiles n.exc 0.36 sqm over and incl 20 mm thick CM 1:6 screed bed in floors/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement match including Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick ready mix plaster on brickwork or concrete surfaces of wall (internal and external surfaces) in two layers (thickness of each layer not more than 10 mm) finished even & smooth. The first layer shall be prepared as per manufacturer instructions, relevant IS code and Engineering practices. The complete work of this item shall be executed only by a skilled labour of the trade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall surfaces or concrete wall surface or internal wall surfaces including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removing the rubbish out of Mod Land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 10mm thick ready mix plaster on brickwork or concrete surfaces of ceiling finished even & smooth. The complete work of this item shall be executed only by a skilled labour of the trade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning sunken portion of slab (Bottom & sides) and providing water proofing treatment as under :- (a) Providing min 3" concave coving with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate admixed with WPC. Cement slurry admixed with bonding compound to be used for bonding of coving with RCC member. Covering CI pipes with PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 20mm graded stone aggregate admixed with integral WPC. (b) Drilling 50mm deep holes at a distance of 1m c/c and cleaned with water and air, fixing nozzles of 12mm dia on drilled holes, injecting non shrink cement slurry at a pressure of 40 PSI and nipples plugged with quick setting compounds. (c) Applying 2 full coats of brush bond acrylic emulsion based elastomeric water proofing coating after the primer with a min time gap of 4-6 hrs between 1st & 2nd coat. (d) Applying 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 admixed with WPC after ponding test for a period for 72 hours of sunken floor . (e) GI tubing 40 mm dia of medium grade for spout of 600 mm long for each sunken floor. (f) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg / Sqm as a bonding layer over finished plaster surface incl cleaning the surface . (g) Over the coat of bitumen bonding layer as above APP modified polymeric membrane (weight not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm)and 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric, unrolled and bonded completely to the substrate with side over lap of 75 mm or end over lap of 100 mm. The overlaps are then sealed/ fused by flam technology method as per manufacture instruction. Note : The work will be executed by authorised manufacturers/applicator.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided for complete all as specified and directed

M&L for lean concrete 1:5:10 type E-2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in filling of sunken portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) 100mm thick including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement with water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note : water proofing compound to be measured and paid separately).

M&L 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 using 20mm graded aggregate mixed with water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag of cement as in sunken floors complete all as specified and directed. (Note : water proofing compound to be measured and paid separately).

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

S&F in repair stainless steel wire cloth of size 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and directed .

S&F 5.5 mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing in metal frame in square exc 0.50 sqm in each pane including hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips and providing and fixing new ones complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm dia brass chrominum plated mixture for mixing hot and cold water screwed down for iron pipe and fixed to WHB, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, Light fitting, etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc.

M&L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm 1100 V grade including one run of PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to common earth dolly, in and existing PVC concealed conduit of suitable sizes of medium grade ISI marked for surface wiring and its accessories, including MS sunken box and hylem sheet of suitable size, ISI marked for housing the switches and sockets for the following :-

One light/fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one nos, one way switch, 5/6 Amp

One bell / buzzer point controlled by one bell push
