Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster, terrazo etc on PCC/stone surface/brick surfaces including raking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Note : Tiles shall be dismantled carefully and stacked properly including segregating the serviceable & unserviceable tiles as directed. Serviceable tiles shall be reused under the respective item of this Schedule.

Demolition of lime concrete of any description over roof slab, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed trusses etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters (including fittings & fixtures) of any description not exceeding 1.0 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down shutters (including fittings & fixtures) of any description exceeding 1.0 sqm and not exceeding 2.00 sqm each, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (including fittings & fixtures) area not exc 1.5 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) of door/window including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts and making good the same including disturbed portion of jambs, cills, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkat or frame with shutters (including fittings & fixtures) area exc 1.5 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each (without taking off the shutters from the frame) of door/window including cutting holes for taking out hold fasts and making good the same including disturbed portion of jambs, cills, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hardcore of broken stone or boulders, gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sunken portion, surrounding of WC seats and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in filling up chowkat/frame hollows and similar works complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with old size Fly Ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6.00 metre mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames of second class hardwood, wrought, framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered, put together with glue, pinned at joints, complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made 35mm thick plain framed, paneled shutter (Two panels) with lock rail and panel of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply or 12 mm thick veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces, size of rail and styles as per IS : 1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated using second class Hard Wood rail and styles, fixed to chowkat, complete all as specified & as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made 35mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters made of second class hard wood, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in clause 8.24(a) of Section 8 in SSR Part-I, kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, fixed to chowkat, complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F factory made 30mm thick flush shutter, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, both faces covered with decorative face veneer with lipping to match complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour single piece extruded PVC profile reinforced with MS square tube, fixing in opening as per specifications complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with plain colour single piece extruded PVC profile ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for styles and plain colour single piece extruded PVC profile for top rail lock rail bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for Top rail and bottom rail paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to fitted on the MS frame welded/sealed to the styles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for factory made 18mm thick 100% Solid WPC (Wood polymer composite) one side laminated board of required size comprising of virgin PVC resin of K value 57-60 (Suspension grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powders/rice husk/ wheat husk) and Non toxic additives, made from extrusion process WPC foam sheet Single Extruded (Inner) with having minimum density not less than 650 Kg/cum manufactured by 'RAJSHRI' an ISO 9001-2015 Certified company, having good screw holding capacity (screw withdrawal strength of 2000 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), Minimum Compressive of 50 N/mm2, Modules of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance of spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer Free water/ moisture proof and fire retardant. WPC to be laminated with PVC foil of minimum 14 microns thick of approved design pasted on both faces of shutter and including automatic lock, disgner handle, stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screws etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid door/ window/ Ceosetory windows & other Frames/ Chowkhat of size 45 x 70 mm comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 Kg/cum, screw withdrawal strength of 2200 N (Face) & 1100 N (Edge), minimum comp ressive strength of 58 N/mm2, modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/ moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Note : M.S. hold fast/ lugs or SS dash fasteners shall be paid for separately).

S&F factory made pressed steel frames of size 125x60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate etc, made out of mild steel sheet of 1.25 mm thickness, complete as specified & as directed.

S&F factory fabricated pressed steel frame/box windows, ventilators with glazed and fly proof shutters provided to size and dimensions as specified & shown on drawing No. BTD-888R Sheet No. 1/5 to 5/5 & BTD-889 Sheet No. 1/4 to 4/4 with & including MS grill, MS fillets, pintol hinges, tower bolts, MS handles, peg stays, MS lugs, locking arrangement, dash through bolt where required, etc complete all as specified & as directed. Notes : (i) PCC for filling in frames, glass, wire gauge and painting shall be measured & paid for separately under respective items. Provision of all other items as shown & specified on drawings shall deemed to be included in quoted rate of this item. (ii) The quoted rate shall deemed to include provision of cutting holes of suitable depth in walls for inserting lugs etc and making good dismantled portion in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate and CM (1:3).

S&F factory made steel ventilator with top hung shutter including hinges, steel peg stay, handle complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F for providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions (Fixed portions) with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS:733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing/ paneling, C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F Anodised aluminium grill (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer-in-charge complete as directed and all as specified.

Supply and fixing sheet glass 5.5mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square of any thickness in each pane for metal frames complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster (screed bed) over roof slab in CM 1:4, mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade at the rate of 1.20 Kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces, complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 Kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick, reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Lime concrete terracing in roof with minimum thickness at edge 40mm and increasing uniformly towards ridges to obtain a chain slope of (1:40) as described in Para 11.27.2 of MES Schedule Part-I complete all as specified & as directed. Note : For lime concrete mudia kankar (Source : NAL) and Kolayat coarse sand in lieu of brick aggregate and surkhi respectively as specified in MES schedule Part-I shall be used.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles, joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement, laid on roof over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6, complete all as specified & as directed.

All as per serial item No. 59.00 here-in-before but except brick tiles complete all as specified & as directed. Note : Old serviceable brick tiles retrieved from serial item No 6.00 here-in-before shall be used under this item.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in laid in panel, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in flooring, leveling course, etc, surface finished fair and even, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20mm thick Granite (of any type) machine cut slab of approved shade (table rubbed and polished) with true & uniform joints as in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms & like and pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over & including 15mm thick screed bed (bedding layer) in CM 1:4 with cement slurry @ 3 Kg/Sqm complete all as specified & as directed. Note : The exposed edges of granite stone slab shall be made full round & polished to mirror finish and rate quoted shall deemed to include this provision.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 15mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (coloured) 7mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm (i.e 450mm x 300mm or as directed), on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles (coloured) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick rendering (as screed bed) in cement & sand mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular), polished, coloured (light shade as approved), area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as dado, skirting etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over & including 10mm thick screed bed in cement & sand mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls in Sunken portion, mixed with integral liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note : Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for removal of loose concrete and cleaning the surfaces and filling the cracks with Polymer modified mortar using Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP or other equivalent product as approved by GE and thereafter applying two coats of Dr Fixit Bathseal WPC or other equivalent product as approved by GE in Sunken areas complete all as per manufacturer’s instructions, specified & directed. Note : Where contractor desire to use equivalent product of Dr Fixit Pidicrete URP and Dr Fixit Bathseal WPC, he shall submit the technical literature of equivalent products to establish the equivalency of products to the entire satisfaction of GE and both products shall be of same manufacturer as approved by the GE.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement and sand mortar 1:3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for preparation to old decorated, plastered or unplastered surfaces of celing, brooming down washing rubbing down, scraping down smoke spots and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots (electrical sanding machine) etc and preparation of plastered surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint of approved shade/tint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment including cleaning of mortar drops, smoke soot, moulds, moss, efflorescent salts, trading oil, greasy spots (electrical sanding machine) etc and preparation of plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint (exterior grade) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & as directed. Note:- The warranty for the same will be provided by the contractor as prescribed by manufacturer and for the same contractor will be repaired if any defects raise for the warranty life. No claim will be made by the contractor in this regard.

M&L for preparation of new plastered/unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint (exterior grade) of approved shade/tint over a coat of primer complete all as specified & as directed. Note:- The warranty for the same will be provided by the contractor as prescribed by manufacturer and for the same contractor will be repaired if any defects raise for the warranty life. No claim will be made by the contractor in this regard.

Hacking out old broken glass any thickness, size, quality or description from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square not exc 0.5 sqm in each pane including painting / oiling to new putty to match with the existing/new surfaces, complete all as specified & as directed.
