AS PER TENDER NOTICE-07 LOT-02

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.In cement mortar.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of G.S. Sheet.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

12 mm Cement Plaster of mix 1:6 (1cement:6 coarsesand)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies and access platform.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarsesand(zone-III) derived from natural sources: 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade Newwork (Two or more coats [email protected]/10sqmover and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering -1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources: 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) All work up to plinth level.

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished seamless type tubes.

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps, 21kA, Outdoor type SF6 gas insulated 630 Amp Aluminium busbar RMU comprising of 3 VCBs(1 No Incommer 2 Nos Outgoing & 1 No Spare) with self powered microprocessor based numerical over current and Earth fault relay for protection, fitted with fixed type voltage indicator device as per IEC 61958, FPI and ring core type protection Current Transformer and Potential Transformer along with Metering Compartment with Ammeter, Voltmeter, MFM and all other standard accessories. The VCB shall be enclosed in robotically welded, non ferrite Stainless Steel tank filled with SF6 with IP class IP67, leak rate less than 0.1% and tested as per latest IEC 62271-200. The unit shall be Floor Mounted, having hinged Arc Proof cable doors and have bottom entry Cable for ease of installation. TheVCB should have provisions to be operated remotely.

300kVAR APFC Panel with APFC Relay 16 Stage 3CT. The Incomer should be 630A, 3P, EDO, 50kA ACB and the panel mus be complete in all respect with relevant 3 Pole, 36kA, Microprocessor Release based MCCBs for relevant bank Outgoings, CTs, Digital Ammeter, Voltmeter, Indication lamps, MCBs, Timer, Relevant Capacitor Banks, 7% Detuned Reactors etc.

Floor Panels INCOMING 1 Nos 800A ACB OUTGOING 9 Nos 100A MCCB 4 Pole, 36kA with Microprocessor Release BUS BAR Aluminium busbar. Cross Section Area of the Aluminium Bus Bar to be considered at 0.8A/1sqmm.

Upgradation & Shifting of Old DG Set 200 KVA Upgrading of Engine & Alternator for Syncronization enabling with changing of AVR Card & Electronic Govenor & other Neccassary Items required for DG set to be fully compatible for DG Syncronzation with Other DG Set. & Shifting of current DG set from one location to other location in same premises as per engineer in charges instruction
