Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished seamless type tubes.
Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.
Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 11 KV, 630 Amps, 21kA, Outdoor type SF6 gas insulated 630 Amp Aluminium busbar RMU comprising of 3 VCBs(1 No Incommer 2 Nos Outgoing & 1 No Spare) with self powered microprocessor based numerical over current and Earth fault relay for protection, fitted with fixed type voltage indicator device as per IEC 61958, FPI and ring core type protection Current Transformer and Potential Transformer along with Metering Compartment with Ammeter, Voltmeter, MFM and all other standard accessories. The VCB shall be enclosed in robotically welded, non ferrite Stainless Steel tank filled with SF6 with IP class IP67, leak rate less than 0.1% and tested as per latest IEC 62271-200. The unit shall be Floor Mounted, having hinged Arc Proof cable doors and have bottom entry Cable for ease of installation. TheVCB should have provisions to be operated remotely.
