Replacement of pipelines through Static Pipe Bursting process including making of bursting tool entry pits, all related civil works for site preparation, like excavation, shorting/strutting, maintaining the pits, traffic, management etc. flow stoppage by the appropriate stanking methods, bypass pumping, installing the replacement pipe, restoring the manholes after replacement pipe installation etc completion and service reconnection as per the instructions of the engineering in charge as per indSTT 301:2018 Code of practise for pipe bursting Technique suiting Indian conditions. Pluging of the existing sewer line in manhole with 2 nos. MS sheet 6mm thick with angle iron frame and braces shutters to e shutted with wooden struts and filling the manhole with empty cement (PVC) bags filled with earth up to suitable depth to avaoid leakage the sewerage on the u/s side to be pumped with suitable nos. and capacity of pumps, till the work is completed so as to keep reduce the pressure to be required extent to the plugged manhole. necessary arrangement to be made for pumping of any leaksge noticed in the manhole or to re-plug in the case of heavy leakage. The steel shutters and the earth filled PVC cement bags shall be removed after the completion of work and then the manhole shall be de-silted. 400 mm dia to 550 mm dia
Desilting and taking out of silt / debris rubbish etc. from internal / peripheral sewer line which is partially surcharge with the help of sewer cleaning machine / Super Sucker Machine including all cost of labour, materials T & P watch and ward, caution board, diesel, mobile – oil grease etc. and wear and tear of machine complete (The Silt / debris shall be carted to Muncipal ground or as directed by Engineer in charge any damaged to the manhole shall be rectified as is own cost. For depth of sewer varying form 0.90 mtr. To 5.00 Mtrs.
