Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for laying of cables, pipes etc. and getting out including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Crystalline Silicon Solar Cell Modules IEC 61215. In addition, the modules must conform to IEC 61730 Part-1 - requirements for construction & Part-2 requirements for testing, for safety qualification or equivalent IS. I-V curve of module at STC should be provided by bidder.The total solar PV array capacity should not be less than allocated capacity (kWp).The module frame shall be made of corrosion resistant materials silver anodized aluminium alloy.The bidder shall carefully design & accommodate requisite numbers of the modules to achieve the rated power. The module junction box should not be less than IP67 protection.The manufacturer should warrant the Solar Module(s) to be free from the defects and/or failures specified below for a period not less than ten(10) years from the date of sale to the original customer. The make of Solar PV modules should be : TATA/Havells/Panasonic or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for taking proper shut down, disconnecting incoming / out going cable, control cable from 11 KV OCB/VCB of any type and capacity upto 630 amps and carrying out complete servicing / overhauling, resetting of all electrical and mechanical parts for easy and proper operation, greasing of moving / revolving / sliding parts in VCB Panel, calibration of relays, meters incl thorough cleanining with air blower / vacuum cleaner, decarbonising & providing mineral jelly to all arcing contacts of the VCB panel, and serviceability check from local / remote control panel including replacement of unserviceable minor spare parts viz. nut / bolt / washer / connecting wire / insulation tape / sleeves etc complete including reassembling complete parts reconnecting incoming / outgoing cable, testing on load and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note- 1. Unserviceable items other than minor parts to be replaced will be meaured and paid seperately as supply only under revelent items in the schedule. However, cost of certain minor spares viz nut / bolt / washer / connecting wire / insulation tape / sleeves etc. if required shall deem to be included in the cost of repair of the item. 2. The spare parts to be replaced shall be of reputed brand / make and shall be of same type, design, specifications etc to match with the existing and as per the recommendation of OEM. 3. Complete servicing and calibration work shall be carried out by qualified and reputed service engineer only.

Note :- If the desired earth resistance is not found, earthing shall be redone by the contractor at no extra cost to the department.
