Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Achieved in at least two financial years during last 5 years (i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25) Minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) of Rs. 703.10 Lakhs should not be less than Two times the Estimated Annual Payments under this contract. Financial turnover of previous years will be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to price level of FY 2025-26.

Tenderers who meet the specified minimum qualifying criteria will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity (AxNx1.5-B), Where A is Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years i.e.2020-21 to 2024-25 (updated to 2025-26 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N is Number of years (0.75 years) prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B is Value, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 0.75years (09 Calendar months) Note: The statements showing the value of existing commitments and ongoing works as well as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent.
