Supply, laying, fixing and testing in replacement of heavy duty MS Pipe conforming to IS: 1239/3589 including fittings like elbows, tees, flanges, tapers, nuts bolts, gaskets etc. including welding, cutting, and grinding works, laid in trenches, or fixing in wall, ceiling and floor complete and making good the disturbed surface similar to existing excavation & providing cement concrete blocks as supports, anticorrosive treatment with coal tar/asphalt tape and painting with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of post office red colors per IS- 10221, in and including disconnected/dismantling and taking out of rusty/damaged MS pipes of 150 mm dia ( wall thickness 5.4 mm) size as required complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but 100 mm dia (wall thickness 5.4 mm) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but 80 mm dia (wall thickness 4.85 mm) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, fixing and testing in replacement of double flanged butterfly valve of PN 1.6 rating, CI ,gear/hand lever operated, with soft seated wafer, bronze/gunmetal seat and SS 304 shaft duly ISI marked complete with nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets conforming to IS 13095 of 100 mm diameter size as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, fixing and testing in replacement of double flanged sluice valve of rating PN 1.6 with non rising spindle, bronze/gun metal seat, ISI marked complete with matching flange, nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets and conforming to IS: 780 of following sizes of 150 mm dia size as required complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L testing of fire hydrant system of building at each hangar by checking serviceability of water pressure, hydrant valve, pumps, wheel, spindle assembly, Coupling, Assembly with Lug, canvas hose, MS pipe, brass nozzle, pressure gauge etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note : The contractor shall maintain a register of serviceability state of each fire hydrant system of each building including taking signature of JE / Engineer-in-charge and user.

M&L for Painting of MS 150mm Fire hydrant pipe with Red Oxide primer as the base cost followed by synthetic enamel paint of post office red colors per IS- 10221 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 7 but of MS Pipe size 100mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, erection, of MS support such as "I" section "C" channel "L" angle and all other support for providing sufficient support to the pipe of structure wherever required etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair of Pressure gauges of suitable range upto 14kgf/cm2 for pumpsets with siphon, Fittings like unions / colors / reducers etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair of Foot Valve 150mm diameter with Strainer with SS mesh, suitable flanges, nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 250mm dia fire water air cushion Vessel tank with fasteners, clamps, nut bolts etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Note:(i) The rate quoted shall be included the cost of fabrication (ii) The quoted rate shall also include the cost of fasteners, necessary fittings and fixtures and any other relevant material required for fabrication and proper functioning of air vessel etc

Hose cabinet INDOOR mounted type fabricated out of M.S. sheet of 18 SWG. with glass fronted ( 4mm thick toughened glass with rubber beading) door and size of the cabinet shall be 1300mm (H) x 1000 mm (W) x 500 mm (D) Quoted rate shall include suitable type fasteners and cabinet shall be powder coated "FIRE RED" colour as per IS: 5, shade - 536 over one coat of RED OXIDE primer both inside and out side complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair of TWO WAY FIRE BRIGADE INLET (2W FBI) connection of 4 way with 1 no. 63 mm dia. built - in Gun metal Non- return valves instantaneous coupling type arranged on 100 mm dia. Pipe manifold and connected to wet riser main including 150mmdia NRV complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for MS support such as anchor fasteners, bolts, nuts, clamps, "U" bolt, malleable specials ceiling by using suitable supports etc, all as specified and as directed.

M & L for construction of valve chamber of size 1200 mm x 1200 mm x 1200 mm internal size suitable for sluice valve with PCC 1:3:6 type (C2) (using 40mm graded aggregate) for foundation, one hollow block masonry wall in cement mortar (1:4), 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregate) coping, rendering in CM 1:4, 15 mm thick including provision of mild steel sheet cover of 3mm thick on 40x40x6 mm angle iron frame work embedded in concrete with suitable hinges and locking arrangements including two coats of black synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to steel surfaces and including necessary excavation earth work on any type of soil etc. including removal of surplus soil not exceeding 50m distance including demolition of existing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PIPE ROUTE MARKERS made out of 3 mm thick MS sheet of size 20 cm x 15 cm duly painted with two coats black paint over a coat of red oxide primer and writing Fire pipe, direction & size of pipe with white paint, mounted on angle iron 40x40x3 mm, angle of height 45 cm, (30cm below ground level) duly grouted in PCC 1:2:4(using 20mm graded aggregate) block of size 20cmx20cmx15cm including necessary earth work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Network card (Cat No 795-004-001) for Fire Alarm control panel/Active repeater panel of make-Honeywell, fault tolerance the network operates as a true peer to peer system and allow information from any input or output device to be passed over the network and displayed on any axis EN control panel or remote terminal as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing and repairs to intelligent triple IR quad band with visual technology flame detector complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Servicing and cleaning of the item complete. (ii) Checking of all internal components/accessories for their serviceability.

Maintenance and repairs of fire alarm panels Qty 13 Nos installed at various technical buildings once in a quarter complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) The work includes 01 service per quarter and all the break down during the contract period to be rectified by the contractor. (ii) Servicing and cleaning of complete fire alarm panels. (iii) Checking of complete internal wiring and carrying out necessary repairs/soldering/lugs etc. (iv) Checking of all internal components/accessories for their serviceability.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning in repairs Micro processor based loop driven Intelligent addressable sounders cum strobe inbuilt. The addressable sounder cum strobe shall form part of loop device such that, no additional separate wiring is required. The sounder shall have audible range of 75 dB when heard at a distance of 1 Mtr. The sounder shall be suitable for wall/ceiling mounting shall operate on 24 Volt DC each sounder shall meet the specifications complete all as specified and as directed.
