M&L for dismantling of existing panel including disconnecting connected cables, etc. and supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of factory made LT cubical double door panel with roof canopy, Indoor type, of Suitable to accomodate the following accessories made out of CRCA sheet 2 MM thick duly powder coated with Seimens Grey Shade RAL 7032, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof outer cubicle. Inner cubicle should be made out of 2 MM thick CRCA sheet with working voltage of 415V, 50 Hz, 3 phase 4 wire fully compartmentalised with single door system for each compartment having both sides door openable and should be provided with suitable louvers for ventilation. Bus bars provided shall be adequately supported on insulators to withstand dynamic stresses due to short circuit current and shall be suitably colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve for phase indication. The standard phase arrangement when facing the switchgear shall be R-Y-B from left to right. The bus bar connections and their insulated supports shall be mechanically strong, and shall withstand all the stresses which shall be imposed upon them in ordinary working due to fixing, vibration, fluctuation in temp., shot-circuit or other causes.

The bus bar should be supported on DMC. Provision shall be made for expansion and contraction of the bus bars and connections with variation of temp. Internal wiring should be done with 2.5 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductors and shall be properly bunched, tied, ferruled for proper identification, crimped and shall be connected with suitable lugs and PVC sleeves, etc. The bottom of the panel should contain detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands. Threaded earthing studs - 02 Nos shall be provided at the bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the panel safely shall be made. The cubicle incomer MCCB as well as outgoings shall have copper TPN/TP extension links of current rating not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The cubicle should be inclusive of following Location : Admin Block at Tunir area (A) INCOMING - (a) MCCB -DPX3 630 thermal & magnetic type 4 pole 415 volt 50 kA breaking cap. adjustable thermal release range 630 Amps Cat ref no. 4220 23 of make Legrand or equivalent in M/s Schenider/M/sSiemens – 01 No. (B) OUTGOING - (a) MCCB -DPX3 630 thermal & magnetic type 4 pole 415 volt 50 kA breaking cap. adjustable thermal release range 400 Amps Cat ref no. 4220 21 of make Legrand or equivalent in M/s Schenider/M/sSiemens – 01 No.

Supply, laying , commissioning and testing in trenches / passing through pipes/ fixing on wall or any required location XLPE insulated armoured electric power cable heavy duty 100 volts grade with Aluminum conductor of size 300sqmm 3.5 core incl taking out of u/s cable and cable cover all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches for not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in soft/loose soil including taking out faulty cable/cable, cable covers and GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified & directed.

Removing excavated materials n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the Starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for dry river sand as sand cushioning for protection of UG cable including punning of sand in layers complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & laying un-reinforced precast concret cable cover class LV type 1, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40 mm all as specified & directed.

M&L GI pipe light grade with all fittings complete laid in trenches all as specified for 80 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for PCC type C2, 1:3:6 using (40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations ,filling and mass concrete includings necessary form work complete all as specified & directed

Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 60cm x 60 cm x 6 mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to and including GI strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts and check nuts and washers etc made of GI & connected to Earthing test point and earth dolly all as shown in elect plate No 3 of SSR Pt-I incl all necessary earth work, excavation, PCC chamber, chamber cover with handle (PCC 1:2:4) including 40 mm dia protection pipe & 20 mm dia watering pipe and wire mesh funnel etc all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, fixing, commissioning, jointing & testing of 16 mtr high mast, polygonal, tapered, and flange mounted type, totally hot dip galvanized and suitable for wind velocity as per IS 875 Part 3. The mast shaft shall be in one sections with no circumferential weld and shall be stress fitted at site along with supply of accessories for 16 mtr High Mast which includes head frame, lightning arrestor, steel wire rope 6 mm dia (7/19 construction) double drum winch, power trailing cable, integral power tool, control panel housing comprising of suitable timer contactor circuit for automatic ON/OFF of high mast lights GLS single dome LED aviation obstruction light galvanized lantern carriage suitable for mounting 8 Nos. LED Luminaries symmetrically with control gear boxes including supply & fixing of 08 Nos 300 watt LED high mast light luminaries including sutable control gear boxes for LED 300 Watt mast light. this also includes Design, casting of suitable open raft shallow RCC foundation with M-20 grade concrete(using graded crushed stone aggregate) suitable for safe soil bearing capacity of 10T/Sqmtr at the depth of 1.5 mtr below ground level along with supply of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel with nuts, washers, suitable size anchor plate, templates along with erection and commissioning of high mast lighting system with modern Engineering practices and provision of GI pipe earthing all as shown in SSR 2009 Part-I Plate No 2 including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate and 32x6mm GI strip as required at site etc complete all as specified & directed.

Note for Item No 11.00 :- (i) Erection of the High Mast with the help of suitable equipments and wiring of luminaries with all wiring shall be included in unit quoted rates. (ii) Installation of control panel on suitable foundation including all material & labour. (iii) High Mast should have identification mark of manufacturer. (iv) Detailed technical literature of high mast shall be submitted by contractor. (v) High Mast shall be installed by authorized company rep only. (vi) Make of all the products of particular High Mast shall be of same company or recommended by the company.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth wire of size 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earth testing point including necessary excavation, earth work, PCC pit ,RCC cover 1:2:4 B1 with 8 mm dia MS rounds 1.5 kgs, funnel ,watering pipe etc. all specified and directed including testing on completion.

Supply & fixing, jointing, connecting & testing in trenches XLPE/PVC insulated PVC sheathed cable heavy duty 1100 volts grade, aluminum conductor in trenches / ducts of following sizes including taking out cable cover & cable all as specified and directed : (a) 3.5 core 25 Sqmm

Supply and fix ceiling fan 1200mm sweep, BLDC (Brushless direct current) including all accessories like rubber bush, clamps, nut, screws, canopy and suitable down rods angwith three core 1.5 sqmm multi stranded unsheathed copper cable for making connection from ceiling to fan as specified and directed by Engineer-in-chgarge. Make HAVELLS Cat Part No Efficiecia (BLDC) 50 (Mettellic WHITE COLOUR) or Orient electric cat part no AERO QUIET BLDC or equivalent make Compton, Bajaj, Khaitan etc.

Supply and fixing Non- Metallic exhaust fan single phase 250mm sweep. Make Havells Ventilair DXWHT/BLK or Orient 200 mm or 8” Ventilation Raffa including all connected accessories and making necessary cutting and chasing to make holes on wall to fix the fans as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for point wiring with 1.5 sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded FRLS copper conductor cable (using colour code as per IS), 1100 volts grade drawn through and including surface PVC casing caping (ISI marked) and shall be of one of the make M/s Precision/ M/s Asian/M/s Prestoplast/M/s BEC with all accessories including surface/ concealed sheet steel terminal/CI box with 3mm thick hylam/masonite sheet top including 1.5 sqmm size PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor multistranded cable for continuous earth conductor (using green colour) to common earth and connecting to earth dolly, the make of cable shall be one of the following M/s Finolex, M/s Havells, M/s Plaza, complete all as specified & directed for the following :- (a) One light /fan/exhaust fan point controlled by one switch 5 Amp, SP, one way 240 volts.

S & F switch piano flush button single pole one way, 6 Amp (ISI marked) all as per cat No 50010 of Anchor Penta Delux or equivalent complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge
