Demolition of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs including cement screed in roof complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for padding concrete upto existing RCC roof top complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing 40mm thick cement concrete of type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) with water proofing compound @0.2% by weight of cement even and fair surface complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of concrete surface in CM 1 : 4 with water proofing compound @ 0.2% by weight of cement and finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Liquid water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour APP based polymeric water proofing membrane weighing 3Kg/ Sqm minimum 3 m thick reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric (weight not less than 150 gms/Sqm) laid over priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at the rate of 0.50 ltr / Sqm on roof surfaces by forced application and vertical surfaces up to grooves and width of overlap 75mm at the sides and 100mm in ends and applying coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 Kg per Sqm over APP membrane complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Hydraulically pressed burnt clay tile plain of size 200x200x19/20mm machine made laid over & including cement mortar screed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 mixed with water proofing compound and pointed in CM 1:3 mixed with 5% crude oil by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only liquid Water Proofing compound.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement or lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall and concrete surfaces etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (Facia / chajjas) finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) mixed with liquid water proofing compound 0.2% by weight of cement used upto 8 m height including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces & applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 Sqm n exc 4 Sqm each with shutters (Without taking of shutters from the frame) and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fix etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing powder coated Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, Sliding type without sash bar, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.
