| 1.01The Contractor shall provide fully comprehensive annual maintenance from any one of the OEMs or authorized services dealer of OEMs intended to provide service. The AMC of the Solar Plant shall include the following scope : (a) Module washing fortnightly minimum twice a month or more frequent if required as directed by Engr-in-charge failing which penalty of Rs 100 per day per location will be imposed for the time of delay. (b) Generator monitoring and intimation of deficiency alongwith corrective action within 24 hrs failing which penalty of Rs 100 per day per location shall be imposed. (c) Checking and identify Hotspot on module (white dots/Brown colour) on fortnightly basis. (d) Checking of module damages/cracks (Make - Warree) fortnightly and written intimation on fortnight basis to Engr-in-Charge, failing which penalty per location of Rs 500 shall be imposed. (e) Checking of temporary shadow on Modules and trimming of trees on fortnightly basis within diameter of 5 mtr from solar Module boundary. (f) Checking of all inverter of rating (20/33/50/100) KW parameters (VOC, AC DC Voltage, Power etc.) twice a month and reparing fault, if any, and providing reports in writing to the Engr-in-Charge. (g) String monitoring in all MPPTS and recification of fault within 48 hrs. (h) Visually checking conditions of Inverter fans and bowerings. (j) Visually checking conditions of ACDB and DCDB and report fault, if any, in writinng. (k) Visually checking of heating issue on termination points of all equipments. (l) Visually checking all termination gland conditions & cable stress. (m) Checking of serviciability of SPD (Make -Cite) and replacement of unserviceable SPDs. (n) Checking of earthing of all connected equipments and forwarding of earth readings on monthly basis in writing to the Engr-in-Charge and ensuring proper earth reading including maintenance & rectification of faults, if any. | ||||||
| 1.02Notes for Item No 1.00 :- (a) The scope of work includes the following and rate quoted shall deemed to be included in this provision. (b) After approval of OEM by GE, Contractor shall submit the MOU between the Contractor and OEM immediately after the acceptance of Contract. (c) The scope covers all petty repair/replacement and maintenance such as DC cable/MC4 connectors/ communications cable & SPD of the solar plant however, major equipment failure like Inveter/ACDB/Solar panels or any major items having cost over Rs 50,000.00 will be provided by MES. (d) Reporting and Documentations:- Monthly submission of performance report by 7th of each month for precceding month failing which penalty of Rs 5000 per month will be charged for each attatchment (Delay beyond 72 hrs). Monthly Performance report should include the following:- (i) Preventive maintenance Report. (ii) Corrective maintenace Report. (iii) Chart showing Comparative power generation of each month. (e) The maintenance shall be performed by OEM or authorised service dealer of OEMs only. The existing Solar panels are of WAREE make and inverters are of SUNGROW make. | ||||||
