Material and labour removing of concrete all around reinforcement including from behind the reinforcing bars to give an avrage 25 mm (but not less than 15 mm clear air gap) by manual methods (using wire brushing, chiselling etc) and applying alkaline rust removing chemical followed by removing rust by emery paper and cleaning the area throughly by water and allow it to dry all as per manufacturer,s instruction to give it a totally rust free finished steel surface upto four storey bldg complete all as specified and directed (Make: SIKA/FOSROC or equivalent make as approved by GE) upto 12 mm dia bar.

Supply and application of coat of Epoxy Zinc rich primer on the prepared steel surface excluding behind the bar by brush the primer shall have a minimium specific gravity 1.75 minimum weight film thickness/coat 40 microns and minimum adhesive bond strength with steel is 1.5N/mm2 upto four storie bldg complete all as specified and directed. Make: SIKA/FOSROC or equivalent make as approved by GE.

Material and labour for providing single coat of epoxy bond adhesive of prepared non metallic surface (existing surface) and applying by brush all as per manufactures instruction/specification. The bonding agent shall have minimum compressive strength of 40 N/Sqmm and complete all as specified and directed upto four storey bldg.

Supply, mixing and application two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement mortar, where local spalling has taken place or shuttering is not possible . The morter can be applying in layers not exceeding 6mm thick in each layer in and upto any thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto any thickness in horizontal applications. The mortar should have a minimium compressive strength 12N/mm2 in 1 day and 45N/mm2 in 28 days. Minimum flexural strength should be 8 N/mm2 in 28 days. A modified styrene butadience emulsion for use as a bonding aid and gauging liquid for cementious system to be mixed with cement slurry before the application of modified polymer mortar to be used @ 6 ltr/bag of cement. The bonding agent should have minimium compressive strength 24N/mm2. Minimum tensile strength 3.5N/mm2, minimium flexural strength 6.5N/mm2 complete all as spd and directed upto 25 mm average thickness and upto four storey High. Make :- Sika/Fosroc NOTE:- Cement and sand mortar in proportion of 1:2 graded coarse sand ) with polymer admixed in proportions approved by Engr-in-charge)

Material and labour for applying curing compound or equivalent, complete all as specified and directed. Over concrete surface as curing compound as per manufactures instructions, upto ten storey building complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair prelaminated particle board 18-19 mm thick interior grade prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination to timber frame work in cupboard all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair brass sliding door bolt 300 mm long with sand or dia-cast brass hasp, staple ( Bolt type) and fixing with rolled or drawn brass bolts complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out/stripping of old Roof teatment membranes /Tar felt incl layer of cement mortar of any carefully from roof surfaces ( without damages roof ) and incl preparation of old surfaces by picking, sweeping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust & received new treatment complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumon 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm including cleaning surface on roof surface for fixing APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid over bitumen coasted surface of roof applied with proper torch flames all as per manufactures instruction. NOTE:- The APP membrane will have an overlaping of 100 mm on the end laps and 150 mm on side laps. The overlaping and joints will be thermo sealed with the propare torch complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for Brass Locks, cupboard, grade I, size 50 mm two levers all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 40mm dia, cupboard knobs fixed with nut, screw and washer of mild steel, bright finished complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ball catches with 8mm dia steel ball, and brass body and striking plate including letting in and fixed complete all as specified and directed.
