SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I [ B/R WORKS]

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork built in cement motar, stone/boulder masonry, build in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Brickwork with flyash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement Plaster , any description, on brick walls or stone walls,etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 15mm thick Rendering in two coats of ( 10 mm thick on first coat and 5mm thick in second coat) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) using with WPC @ 3% by wt of cement on second coat complete all as specified and directed. ( Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified.

Material and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaes in CM (1:6) and finised even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) on ceiling on soffits and finised even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for preparation of newly plastered / concrete surfaces by vacuum based sanding machine and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer using mechanical tool/auto roller complete all as specified and directed. (Make :- Interion grade acrylic emulsion shall be of the make : Asian paints "Premium Emulsion", Nerolac Paints "Beauty Gold Acrylic Emulsion, ICI Dulux "Super Smooth Acrylic Emulsion, Berger " Rangoli Acrylic Emulsion). Note: All work shall be carried out by approved applicator of paint manufacturer only. The same shall be approved before carrying out the work from AGE(I). Contractor should submit Auth applicator certificate before execution of work.

Material and Labour for Preparation of new surfaces of wall by vacuum based sanding machineand applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces using mechanical tool/auto roller and all as per manufacturer instruction and including necessary scaffoldings of UG SUmp Work and Over head tank of ht 7.5 mtr and misc bldgs etc complete all as specified and directed.(The makes of exterior grade acrylic emulsion shall be : Asian Paints " Apex Ultima", Nerolac paints " Excel Anti Peel Emulsion", ICI Dulux " Weather Shield Max / Ultra Clean Emulsion", Berger"Long Life 7" Note: All work shall be carried out by approved applicator of paint manufacturer only. The same shall be approved before carrying out the work from AGE(I). Contractor should submit Auth applicator certificate before execution of work.

Material and Labour for Preparation new plastered surfaces plastered and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection and finshing the even and fair with out using extra cement etc and including cuting of construction joints every 2.5 mtr and filled with sealing compound grade B etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild Steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as specified.

M & L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate) as in cover slabs (for man holes etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water trough, managers, shelves & similar articles with plain faces set in Cement mortar 1:4

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of wall by vacuum based sanding machine and applying two coat of cement base paint and filling crack with crack seal or white cement or exterior wall care putty using mechanical tool/auto roller and including necessary scaffoldings etc complete all as specified Note: All work shall be carried out by approved applicator of paint manufacturer only. The same shall be approved before carrying out the work from AGE(I). Contractor should submit Auth applicator certificate before execution of work.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steelbwork of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for mild steel framed work as in angle, beams tee, channels or flats etc including trusses, distance pieces, cleats etc or other section with gusset plates , rails braces ,drilled for fixing of steel sheeting & incl. & hinges complete incl. mild steel plain black sheet in wall cladding, cut to size, holes punched,incl. round headed screws or rivets with plain 40mm lap of Fe 290 (gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 150x100mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer exposed to view surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm dia Cast iron pipes with flanged ends, centrifugally cast, class A, in any length laid in trenches or in wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Shutters of any description exc 1 sqm but not exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick flush shutter soild core construction, with block board core and plywood fce panels, commercial type on both sides. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for 100mm size, Butt hinges, heavy weight, SS, and fixed complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix aluminium handles cast type anodised for 150 mm complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour for Preparation of new wooden surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Preparation of old wooden painted surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of Synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for aluminium wire cloth 0.45mm nomonal dia of wire and 1.40mm average width of aperture and fixed with aluminium wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Surface dressing n exc 15cm deep and getting out soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (40mm grade aggregate) as in sub base of floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25 mm thick sand cushoning laid over sub base for fixing inter locking tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered tiles 25cmx25cmx22mm /30cmx30cmx22-25 thick, set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigment and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking glossy/ lacquer finish paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness including 2mm thick rubber mould glossy/ lacquer finish paver block of Grade M-35 and over sand cushion complete all as specified and directed. ( Note- Sand will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm and below stone aggregate ) as in kerb stone etc with plaine fair faces including champhering, weathering etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20 mm and below stone aggregate ) as in coping etc with plaine fair faces including champhering, weathering etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Removal of plant growth by injection with chemical glyphospate solution ( 4 % conceneration ) of 20ml or till refuse by cutting or injection in stem of plants or roots at 30mm deep. The area shall then be sprayed with solution 25ml glyphosphate ( 4% concent) dulited with 1 ltr of water. All roots / plants shall be removed completely and making good with cement concrete/mortar and finished the surfaces matching to existing surfaces of wall / floor with acrylic paint all as directed by EIC. etc sectional area not exc 0.10 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Ready mix plaster of Renderoc mixed with fosroc nitobond SBR latex and 1 kg of polymer acrylic fibers on walls and floors on RCC work all as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surfaces even and smooth with 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including erecting necessary scaffolding on UG SUmp Work and Over head tank of ht 7.5 mtr carriedout through FOSROC applicator only Note:- The following stages (a) to (f) are included of Materrials and labour will be carried out .:-

(a) Taking out existing unserviceable plaster loose/unsound weaken cement concrete and cracks shall becut in V shaped groves of any description and in any position from existing surface with power driver of phneumatic chisel after cleaning of concrete/plastered particles and Removing corrosion and all loose scales rust etc from the visible reinforcement and cleaning the steel reinforcement properly. (b) Applying one or more coat of NITO ZINK primer of FOSROC or equivalent ZINK primer of CHEMISTIC/WEBAC on visible reinforcement surface. Several time prior to placing, the concrete substrates should be saturated with clean water (C) After drying of water to applying bonding agent of modified styrene butadiene emulsion (SBR bonding agent i.e Nito bond SBR Latex or Nito bond EP of FOSROC) in proportion 1 (Nito bond SBR latex): 1 (water): 3 (OP cement) by volume with the brushing etc to bind New CM plaster / Polymer Modified plaster / Concrete / Screed concrete and V shaped groves filling with conbextra GP2 with old surface.

(d) Where Leakage spot in UG Sump shall be pressure grouting/ injected with cement slurry and admixed with Nitobond SBR latex in loosed RCC concrete surfaces and including drilling of holes not less then 12mm dia and filled with chemical Fosroc cebex 100 @ 225 gms/ bag of cement. using a manual grouting pump of 45 PSI and after filling sealed with sealing compound etc complete all as specified and directed (e) Applying of water proofing coating in 3 coats with fosroc nitobond SBR Latex with cement in ratio 1:1:3 (SBR latex: water: cement) on walls and floors etc (f) After applying protective coating plaster and applying 3 coats of epoxy finish paint on walls and floors etc of UG Sump

Removal of building materials/debris from 1.5mtr to a distance of out side of 5.0 KM etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil to adistance exc 1.50 KM but n exc 5.00 KM and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of RCC in wall of Over head Resevoir, floor slab, roof slab, floors, beams, dome and similar suspended work of ht 7.5 mtr complete all as specified.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified.

Separating scraping and cleaning of reinforcement complete all as specified.

Dismantling cast iron pipe work of any description and in any position complete all as specified.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II [ E/M WORKS]

Material and labour for point wiring (concealed) on walls and surface on ceiling complete with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade, conforming to IS-694, 1.5 sq mm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn though in and including non metallic medium grade rigid PVC conduit heavy grade accessories, ISI marked, 19/20 mm dia including all accessories, concealed in walls by cutting chases using machine and making good the disturbed surface, with and including suitable 1.5 sq mm copper earth continuity wire connected to earth dolly complete for the following complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) One light point controlled by one switch

(c) One switch socket outlet modular type 3 pin 6 amp on independent board.
