Supply, install, testing & commissioning of sil nt type Diesel Engine Driven Generating set, fully wired alternator AC to give an output of 200KVA (160KW) continuously rating at a power factor of 0.8 lagging, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, 50Hz, 1500 RPM directly coupled with diesel engine water cooled, mounted on common base frame complete and including with acoustic enclosure (canopy) as per CPCB – II norms, fuel line & accessories, AMF Panel with, exhaust pipe, fuel tank, PCC foundation work as per manufacturer’s instructions, anti vibration pads and other standard accessories including followings :-

(A) Alternator: Standard design alternator capacity of 200KVA (160KW) net output at site after considering de-rating as per site condition at 0.8 power factor (lagging) 3 Phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts, 50 HZ, 1500 RPM, self excited, self regulated with brushless excitation automatic voltage regulator, screen protected drip proof IP23 enclosure, insulation class 'H' directly coupled with diesel engine through flexible coupling. The Alternator shall be suitable for tropical climate and shall conform to BS-2613 / 5000 / IS-4722 as amended upto date. (B) Diesel Engine: Water cooled Diesel Engine suitable for 200KVA (160KW), 4 stroke, 6 cylinder, turbo charged to deliver not less than 243.1 BHP at 1500 RPM under NTP conditions and conforming standards BS-5514 and ISO-3046, the engine is prime rated with 10% over load capacity for one hour in any 12 continuous hours of operation. The engine shall be provided with electrical starting arrangements and shall give the electrical output of 200 KVA at 0.8 power factor, 415 volts including standard accessories.

(C) Fuel Tank: In built integral fuel tank 320 ltrs shall be provided with drain plug, air vent inlet and outlet connection, level indicator and provision for cleaning. (D) Common Base frame for engine and alternator made from structural steel channels / beams duly painted. (E) Battery set of 1 Nos maintenance free type 12 Volts, 130 AH capacity including copper conductor multistranded leads of suitable size.

(F) AMF Panel : As per manufacturers standards Auto Main Failure (AMF) panel board suitable for 200 KVA DG set, Indoor type, fabricated made out 1.16mm thick CRCA sheet, free standing, floor mounted, dust and vermin proof, ventilated, duly power coated painting as per manufacturers standards, IP 41 class protection, with locking arrangement provided with removable hinged front doors for easy accessibility, internally prewired, Aluminum Bus Bar of suitable rating including electrical and electronic components / accessories, suitable size of LT UG XLPE cable wire armored aluminium conductor connected from AMF to DG Set and comprising of following: -

(i) Fuses for main supply and DG supply – HN 315A DIN TYPE, SF 94334 & Fuse Holder HB800, SK 91051 fuses complete or as per OEM specifications. (ii) 325A Power contactor of suitable rating - 02 Nos. (iii) CT’s – 400/5A, 5VA, CL1 - 3 No’s (iv) Generator Controller with Ammeter, Volt Meter, Frequency meter, and power factor, KWH, KVAr & KW. (v) LED Indicating lamp sets for both supply. (vi) Automatic / manual switch. (vii) Battery Charger Unit 12V DC, 2A - 1 No (including battery bank of suitable capacity for starting the engine) (viii) Hooter – 1 No. (ix) MCB Single Pole for DC 32A 1P - 1 No

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of factory assembled sound proof trolly mounted & including trolley, silent type Diesel Engine Driven Generating set, fully wired alternator AC to give an output of 100KVA (80KW) continuously rating at a power factor of 0.8 lagging, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 volts, 50Hz, 1500 RPM directly coupled with diesel engine water cooled, mounted on common base frame complete with acoustic enclosure (canopy) as per CPCB – II norms, fuel line & accessories, AMF Panel with, exhaust pipe, fuel tank as per manufacturer’s instructions, anti vibration pads and other standard accessories, including followings :-

(A) Alternator: Standard design alternator capacity of 100KVA (80KW) net output at site after considering de-rating as per site condition at 0.8 power factor (lagging) 3 Phase, 4 wire, 415 Volts, 50 HZ, 1500 RPM, self excited, self regulated with brushless excitation automatic voltage regulator, screen protected drip proof IP23 enclosure, insulation class 'H' directly coupled with diesel engine through flexible coupling. (i) MCCB 250 Amps, 4 pole, 415 volts, 50Hz 01 Nos for main supply and DG supply with HRC backup fuses complete or as per OEM specifications. (ii) 160A - 4 pole power contactor of suitable rating-02 No’s. (iii) CT’s – 200/5A, 5VA, CL1 – 3 No’s (iv) Generator Controller with Ammeter, Volt Meter, Frequency meter, and power factor, KWH, KVAr & KW. (v) LED Indicating lamp sets for both supply. (vi) Automatic / manual switch. (vii) Battery Charger Unit 12V DC, 2A – 1 No (including battery bank of suitable capacity for starting the engine) (viii) Hooter – 1 No. (ix) MCB Single Pole for DC 32A SP - 1 No

4 WHEEL TROLLY FOR DG SET (i) DOUBLE AXEL TRAILER WITH RUGGED AND ROBOST CONSTRUCTION with double Axel 4 wheels ( 2 wheels per axel for the front & rear axel of the trailer ) CAPABLE OF TAKING THE WEIGHT OF A 100 KVA DG SET WITH FUEL WEIGHT OF UPTO 500 LTRS WITH THE WEIGHT OF A HEAVY DUTY AMF PANEL. (ii) The minimum dimension of the 4 wheel trailer will be 3500 mm (length) X 1400mm (Width). (iii) The Double Axle Trailer should be designed, fabricated, manufactured with a use of ISMC channel 200 mm X 75 mm for the lateral section & cross members .

(iv) Minimum 4 Nos. Cross members has to be incorporated with front & rear axel made out of 65 mm X 65 mm sqare bar of EN 8 material with 6.00 X 16 8 PR Tyres of reputed make (Make - CEAT / MRF / APPOLO). (v) The 4 axel trailer should be designed with turn table mechanisim for the front axel for easy manoeuvre & movement with a tow bar with towing hook . (vi) The trailer should be incorporated with suitable suspension arrangement by semi elliptic leaf springs sets with braking system, hand parking brake with Mud guard for the wheel, tail lamps with parking and brake lights. (vii) Equilateral triangle reflex reflectors - 2 Nos in front and 2 Nos in rear of the trolley. (viii) Reflector - 1 No, type “T” sign plate with Screw Jack – 4 Nos and including the required tools as recommended by manufacturer.
