Repairs/Servicing to the Fire alarm system by checking the following as per the manufacturer specifications including replacing the unserviceable spares by engaging well experienced technicians from an authorized service center all as directed at site. Note: Spares required shall be measured and paid separately. Taking down existing hangar doors / leafs for repairs comprising of 04 door leafs biparting, from the exising framework, removal of defective portions from of existing framework on concrete support structure transporting to work shop, opening, servicing/repairing the forward gear, backward gear, gear shaft, pinion, and replacing the worn out/unserviceable spares parts and transporting back to location and re-errecting the same after repairs and including replacement of any unserviceable spares/ misc items with new one for following specifications :-

M& L for Servicing of Jumbo Boiler 5.5 ltr capacity of Make RAMSONS. Model RV 4425-80 with vacuum ironing table, 02 Nos of cloth trolley and steam pressing iron including connecting up and replacement of unserviceable spares/ misc items with new one for following specifications :-

a) Vacuum ironing table shall be with silicon form and heat proof cloth, powder coated, with trays, side ironing stand, with silicone iron pad, suction motors full length foot pedal switch to control the suction.

b) The vacuum board shall be uniformly perforated and covered with a stainless steel mesh for perfect and uniform steam ironing control.

c) Suction motor shall be of 0.75 KW (or as required) and other power consumption of the table shall be 1.0 kW (or as required).

d) Electric Steam Iron shall be of 2000 watts confirming to Model No. 2128 of RAMSONS brand with metalized Teflon shoes and with detachable heaters and silicon hose pipe.

e) The jumbo boiler shall be of 5.5 ltr capacity 3KW with steam capacity up to 3 kgs /hour with an operating pressure 3 bar having dimensions not more than 300x570x530 mm with a total weight of 20 kg.

f) Cloth trolley shall be of suitable capacity for shifting the cloths from 60 kg washer extractor as per OEM designs and specifications brand RAMSON or equivalent approved brand.

M&L for servicing of 100 KW Solar PV integrating with 100 KVA OPSPCU With 400 nos of 250 Wp each SPV panel Integrated with 800AH x 2 total of 1600 AH battery bank complete all as specified and directed below :-

a) Solar Photovoltaic Modules total nos 400 of 250 Wp each:

The contract includes checking all the 400 panels in terms of generations and also check the wires and Junction box panel wise check the nuts and bolts secure the loose contacts of DC cables and also the fix the panels in case of any panel falling down.

b) Array Structure used in the project

All the legs will of the galvanized Structure shall be checked for firmness on the ground and in case it is loose shall be tigthend further so as to ensure no lose lega, the bolts of legs purlins and the entire structure shall be checked and in case any nuts/bolts or missing rusted shall be replaced with new ones, The tilt angle if distorted shall be rectified for the maximum angle of solar radiation on the panel

c) Main Junction Box

The AJB or the Array junction box shall be checked for the power flow and also for power generation per array with clamp meter and also all the fuses MCBs shall be checked for efficiency so as to ensure the connected array solar power is captured at the MJB level

d) Array Junction Box and Main Junction Box

(d) AC Distribution Box (ACDB)

The AC Distribution Panel Board (DPB) will control the AC power from inverter, and have the necessary surge arrestors. There will be an interconnection from ACDB to mains at LT Bus bar and the complete set of equipment along with metering will be installed the ACDB. Check the cable glands, at the ACDB, check for LT Bus bar and the surge arrestors for proper functioning and in case of minor corrections shall be carried out during the maintance schedule and in case any major fault estimate for the same shall be given separately for approval

(e) Cables and Wires:

Check the insulations and terminals and peel offs in the cable and wire and in case of minor issues insulations for closing shall be carried out and in case of requirement of replacement shall give the estimate for replacement if so required.

f) Power Cable

Check the power cable for connectivity upto inverter from the MJB and also ensure that the terminals and cable has no fault

g) HYBRID DSP –GSC Inverter & MPPT Charge Controller- power conditioning unit

(i) Cleaning and dusting of the PCU for dust accumulation and for moisture ingress shall be done in conformity with the requirement.

(ii) The outgoing MCCB and circuits shall be done during the visit check for efficiency and in case any replacement is required it shall be estimated for approval by the AFA.

(iii) Check The Peak load shaving (PLS) feature is available which utilizes batteries based on battery state of charge (SOC) thus optimising grid usage. PLS feature provides for extending battery life as the battery is discharged under controlled conditions. Check DC fuses and incase of non functional DC fuses it shall be rectified. IGBT shall be checked HF Phase Inductors shall be checked, Induction breaker s shall be checked exhaust fans working shall be checked and in case of fault replacement quote shall be given for approval.

(iv) Check Renewable resources are fed directly to the site load via the inverter as much as possible to minimise losses due to battery inefficiency.

(i) Check the integratration of renewable/distributed generation sources on both the AC and DC bus.

h) Batteries

Check all the Battery cells and remove the hot air accumlation from all the batteries so that the battery temparature is optimised, check if any battery terminals are leaking and clean all the battery terminals, secure the terminals so as to ensure there is no loose bolts and nuts, check the interconnection and secure the same in case of any loose or disconnection of the cables and terminals.

Check battery temparature and also the battery efficiency and in case of requirement any one cell the same shall be estimated and the budget shall be given for approval.

M&L for servicing of ELECTRIC CHIMNEY/Fume exhaust system (chimney) electrically operated with centrifugal blower driven by 7.5 HP, 1440 RPM, 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase electric induction motor suitable or as directed by OEM for achieving 8000 CFM as per site condition / as per actual requirement to extract the fume alongwith suitable variable frequency drive (VFD) starter with digital display, for exhaust blower capacity of 8000 CFM or as per OEM design as per site condition to extract all the fumes with the following accessories:- (a) Exhaust hood island type with double side, grease filters made out of 20 SWG SS 304 grade stainless steel sheet with stain steel filters of hood size 1.50m x 0.60m - 06 Nos with suitable damper for adjusting the air flow including suitable civil works and mild steel brackets for fixing / mounting complete all as specified and as directed. (b) Exhaust hood island type with single side, grease filters made out of 20 SWG SS 304 grade stainless steel sheet with stain steel filters of hood size 0.90m x 0.90m (toaster oven) - 04 Nos including suitable civil works and mild steel brackets for fixing / mounting complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- (a) All civil works such as making opening in brick / stone walls including to make good to match with the surroundings, mounting plinth for blower motor assembly etc., shall be carried out by the contractor and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (b) All mild steel brackets, supports, clamps etc., as required shall be carried out by the contractor and the cost of the same shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (c) Sub-main wiring and control switches as required shall be measured separately under appropriate items of BOQ. (d) After completion of installation the whole system shall be tested for its CFM. (e) Test certificate for motor, blowers, GI sheets etc., shall be submitted duly tested from NABL accredited lab.

Taking down old rusted GI ducting and replacing with new GI ducting made out of 22 SWG GI sheet alongwith mild steel flanges and mild steel brackets for fixing on wall / ceiling including suitable dampers and fixing arrangements for the blowers etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- All incidental civil works like make holes in wall and making good disturbed surfaces after installation are deemed to be included in the rates quoted,

M&L for Preparing the external surfaces of the servo stabilizers of capacities 10 KVA to 15 KVA by CTC and emery paper removing the oil stains applying two coats of approved superior quality synthetic enamel paint by spraying including writing of SM/MES number, capacity etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
