Excavation in drain and channel etc. in earth work including dressing of sides and bed and disposing of earth work upto a lead of 20 mtrs and lift upto 1.5 mtrs and disposed earth to be levelled and neatly dressed in pick and jumper 50% each. complete in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in foundations and trenches including pipes and pits in all depths etc. in all lifts and in all kinds of soils such as pick work, jumper work, blasting in soft/hard rock, chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited)and saturated soils, stacking the excavated earth within all leads and lifts, clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm layers when required into plinths, sides of foundations and trenches etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed by Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts including uprooting of trees, dressing of beds and sides and preparation of sub-grade, restoration of unmetalled/metalled/paved surfaces to its original conditions(excluding cost of mettaling tarring and concreting ) including shoring, strutting, timbering and dewatering , where ever required, providing diversion for traffic, fixing night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses complete in all repects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8(Icement:4sand:8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)in foundation and plinth

Providing Laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of high density polyethylene pipe for use for buried water main /sewerage services and for water supply above ground , both inside and out side building duly ISI marked ( IS-14333-1996) as amended upto date of PN - 6.00 K/g /cm2 of grade PE 80 of the following dia including jointing with butt fusion welded joints including the cost of all accessories & jointing material etc .complete in all respect including entire carriage of material upto all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The jointing of pipe shall confirm to clause- 3.2.1.2 of BIS -7634-Part (2) -2012. Earth work to be measured & paid for separately (110 mm dia )

Dismantling tiled floors laid in mortar upto floor two level including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of un-serviceable materials within 20 metres lead (wooden/concrete joists to be measured and paid for separately) For thickness of tiles above 25mm and upto 40mm

Relaying of heavy duty precast cement conrete inter locking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-50 grade i/c border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub-base of concrete with 25mm thick average thickness of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks i/c curing rubbing & polishing complete Sub base concrete floor to be paid fo 40mm thick block

15 mm cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth: cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 sand) including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1cement:2szand:4graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced work in:-

i)Suspended floor, roofs, landings shelves and their supports balconies, beams, girders bressumers and cantilevers etc. in all leads and lifts.

Providing tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering,strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens ballies, height of propping and cent ring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtr and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floor, roofs, landings and the like floors etc. up to 200mm thickness.

Edges of slabs and breaks in floors & walls (under 20cm.wide)

Providing and fixing C.I.manhole cover of internal size 450x450mm dia (medium duty) with frame with in all leads and lifts and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in Charge.

P/F HDP TEE/ Y-TEE 110 mm dia PE-80 class Pn-6 confirming to IS 14333-1996 for sewerage connection to house hold (Earht work is to be paid and measured aeprately)
