3.2b To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25 Satisfactory completed, one similar works of value not less than Rs.41.44 Lakhs as prime contractor. Work Done certificate with E-procurement Indent number and issued by the officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or Equivalent.

3.2c To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2020-21 to 2024-25 Executed in one year the following minimum quantities of work 1. Earth Work Excavation/Granular Sub-Grade. 3787.50 Cum 2. GSB. 387.00 Cum 3. WMM. 387.00 Cum 4. CC Pavement. 480.00 Cum.

2.1a P.W.D Registration Certificate Class-III and Above, GST, PAN details

3.3a liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.24.86 Lakhs. Unconditional Credit lines/ letters of credit/ certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc.

3.6 Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under Assessed available tender capacity - AxNx2.50-B Where, at 2025-26 price level, of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the next 5/12 year.

Certificate of registration in the labour Department / Provident Fund / ESI should be enclosed and shall engage a construction worker who is registered with the Karnataka Building and construction Workers Welfare Board

Turnover certificate from CA with valid UDIN Number along with profit loss, Balance Sheet and IT Returns.
