Site cleaning in the Lighthouse premises & along with the pathway including cutting grass, vegetation, uprooting of rank vegetation, sapling etc. and disposing the debris within a lead of 50m. Including supply of all labour, tools including cost of all materials labour charges, minor tools & plants including Cost of all materials, labour charges, cost of minor tools & plants,cost of transportation charges upto worksite including overheads , additional labour charges for remote condition, loading & unloading, workmen insurance, safety equipment’s gadgetsetc complete etc. complete.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqrn on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m including cost of all materials labour charges, minor tools & plants ,cost of transportation charges upto worksite including overheads , additional labour charges for remote condition, loading & unloading, workmen insurance, safety equipment’s gadgets etc complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering 1:3:6 (1Cement; 3 coarse sand; 6 Graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) all works upto plinth, including mixing, laying, compacting in layers with rammer and as directed, curing and supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants ,Cost of all materials ,cost of transportation charges upto worksite including overheads , additional labour charges for remote condition, loading & unloading, workmen insurance, safety equipment’s gadgets, and all other charges etc complete
