Material and labour, 1st quqality non skid joint free ceramic coloured tiles 7 - 8mm thick, area of each tile exceeding 0.11Sqm but not exceeding 0.18Sqm (Square/ rectungular), as in floor finishes, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), set & jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, first quality glazed ceramic coloured tiles 350mmx250mmx6-7mm or 450mmx350mmx7mm thick in vertical surfaces as in dado, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:3) as backing coat, finished fair and even to receive tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, 20 to 25mm thick kota stone slab flooring (mirror finish), over and including 20mm thick screed bed/ bedding layer in CM (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of kota stone including rubbing & polishing, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Plain cement concrete (unreinforced) in grounds and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of debris, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, 75mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in sub base of floors, finished fair and even, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006, of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigment, laid over and including 25mm thick fine sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be inclusive of supply and spreading of sand.

Material & labour, precast factory made hydraulically pressed, cement concrete chequered tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement & pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protections, 50mm thick, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, with 6mm wide joints to full depth @ 3m c/c and at corners, filled with mastic mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc., laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, 18-20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) on cooking platforms steps, jambs and like, set in neat grey cement slurry @3Kg/Sqm, laid over and including 15mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4), including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, 25mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in levelling course in sub floors, finished even and fair to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section, in any position in unframed work including removal complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing false ceiling frame work including ceiling board of any description and in any position and supply and fixing in position suspended false ceiling system using E grid suspended ceiling grid system of M/s Everest Industries Ltd. or India Gypsum. The size of grid shall be 595x595x8mm (one side alumunium foiling) with powder coated GI framework, main runner 39x24mm, cross tee 29x24mm and wall angle 22.2x22.2mm using 8mm thick high pressure steam cured non primered classic/designer variant E-board ISI marked IS No. 14862-2000. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet Beading and jointed together with solvent cement, as per specification all as directed and specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix, factory made door shutters, 35mm thick, 2nd class hardwood (Hollock) rail and style, plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm B.W.P. commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces, the size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part-I) and as specified in SSR Part-I section 8 clause 8.24 (a), kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix, aluminium drapery rod 28mm dia, ribbed, powder coated any shade, in pieces not exceeding 3m length, including set of fixing brackets, side ball finials and matching rings made from ABS plastics, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Switches and fan regulator shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fix, in replacement, universal batten for LED tube double side connection complete 1 x 22 Watt all as specified and directed. Make: Havells CAT Part No. LHEXBLP7PN1W020 or equivalant make as per Appx 'B'.

Material and labour in replacement , LED adore lamp 9/10 W, B22 Base 6500K CDL type complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells or equavalant make as per Appx 'B'.

Supply and fix, MCB SPN 32Amps, 240volts, 10KA,'C' curve/ series, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, sub main wiring with two single core, 1100 V grade, 4.0 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated and unsheathed cables in replacement, with stranded copper conductor FRLS, drawn in and including PVC casing and caping with all standard accessories including one run of continuous PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor FRLS cable 4.0 Sqmm (nominal area) as continuous earth conductor cable connected to earth dolly, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- 2 run of 4.0 Sqmm main cable + 1 run of 4.0 Sqmm for earth cable and conduit shall be measured as one unit/one Running Metre.

Supply and fix, exhaust fan of size 300mm, 1400RPM, heavy duty, turbo, metallic body, electrically driven, 230volts, single phase, AC supply complete with louvers, bolts, nuts and washers, suitably embedded in the wall and provision of PVC insulated, flexible copper conductor cord of size 1.0Sqmm, three core from ceiling rose to exhaust fan for giving connection, cutting out hole in brick wall and making good, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells Model : Turbo Force SP or equivalant in Apppx 'B'.

Supply, laying, jointing, testing and commissioning of Low Tension (LT) XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty, electric power cable, cross sectional area 10Sqmm 4core aluminum conductor 1100volts grade under ground cable including both side connection with cable lugs etc, laid in trenches, along poles or passing through pipes or laid under floor or through walls etc, complete including taking out old cable & PCC cable cover all as specified and as directed. Note(s): Excavation & earth work, sand cushioning and PCC cable cover for protection of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour, Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.00mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25m below normal ground level, with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed alternate layers of charcoal dust and common salt, connected with and including earth lead of GI wire 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to main switch board and protected by galvanized iron pipe light grade 15mm dia bore including watering pipe 20mm dia bore GI medium grade (ISI marked) with funnel and wire mesh, including all necessary excavation and earth work, PCC chamber in plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 and pit cover of presast RCC with MS frame etc and all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch Part-I (2009), complete including taking out the existing u/s earthing materials all as specified and directed. Note(s) :- (i) RCC pit cover shall be pre-cast of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 80mm thick reinforced with XPM not less than 4Kg/Sqm. (ii) PCC chamber shall be constructed 500 mm away from the edge of earth pit. (iii) Rate shall include earth lead and protection pipe of length 7.5m, excess beyond 7.5m length required at site shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Earth resistance should be less than 3Ohm. In case the test results are not found below 3Ohm, complete earthing will be redone without any extra cost to Govt.

Material and labour, sand cushioning with a layer of dry river sand, 80mm thick before laying of cable and 150mm thick (punned down to 100mm thick) after laying of cables, in trenches/ducts, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Punned down thickness (overall 18cm), shall be considered for measurement and payment.

Supplying and laying, factory made unreinforced precast concrete cable cover LV type-1, flat, of size 250x150x40mm, laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable for protection, length perpendicular to the direction of cable adjacent to each other, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying / fixing , GI pipe light grade 40mm dia bore for cable protection fixed to pole/wall or laid under floor/road/pavement, including taking out old & removal, complete all as specified and directed. Note (s) : (i) MS clamps, nuts, bolts etc where required shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Road/floor cutting, excavation etc. shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour cutting existing road/PCC hard standing/pavement for taking out/laying of under ground cable and making good to match with the existing surface with PCC 1:2:4 Type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance but not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Note : Schedule of credit for Rs. 43,857.00 (Rupees forty three thousands eight hundred fifty seven only) to be deducted on acceptance of bid.
