Main Item - CHILLED WATER PIPING (as per technical specifications mentioned at point 4 and Warranty as per SCHEDULE of the tender document)
Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of Chilled Water Piping as per approved working drawings, schedule, and specifications. The contractor is to include the cost of supports to be provided strictly as per the tender drawings.
M.S."C" Class Pre-insulated Chilled water piping confirming to IS 1239 & IS – 3589 both revised till date complete with bends, reducers, tees, supports, vibration isolators, flow indicators, bellow for pressure gauges, sensors and controls etc. Insulation material shall be polyurethane foam 50 mm thick for pipes up to 150 mm dia. The Jacket material shall be 22G Aluminium sheet. Joints shall be insulated on-site with PUF poured manually.

M.S."C" Class pipes for laying the chilled water pipelines underground as per the attached tender drawings.

Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of valves duly insulated with the same specifications as that of connected piping complete with companion flanges, nuts, bolts, gaskets, adequate support, etc. as specified.
