Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description on roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landings, chajja & similar work including existing roof treatment if any complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Removing material or debries (retrived from item no 1 above demolition or cleaning) to a distance exceeding 1.5 Km and not exceeding 5.0 Km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone works and pre-cast concrete articles all as specified and directed.

M&L for pre cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) block masonary with solid block exc 10 cm width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick and concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparation of surfaces plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified & directed

M & L for brushing neat cement slurry at the rate of 3.0Kg of cement per Sqm on old surfaces of concrete or plastered on roof all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof padding including making necessary slope complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions.(WPC shall be paid seprately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound.

M&L for labour for preparation of surface by removing dust, dirt and applying oil bound bitumen primer @0.20Kg/sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4.0Kg/sqm reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less than160gm/sqm having softening point not less than 150̊ degree centigrade, having tensile strength of 650N/sqcm and 350N/sqcm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforcement tearing strength of180N by torch application with minium 10cm side overlap and 15cm end lap, applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumin 90/15 over the membrane @ 1.2Kg/sqm and on drying apply a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint over membrane @ 0.1kg/sqm all as complete all as specified and directed (The work against this item shall be executed through OEM or his authorised applictor only)

M&L for Cement concrete tiles 25 cm X 25 cm X 22 mm thick, machine pressed; set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut and polished with grey cement and no pigment over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortor 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 25mm bore CPVC Pipe SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 Fittings such as Tee, Elbow, nipple and small piece of pipe in trenches or fixed to wall/Ceiling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Disconnecting existing tanks, of capacity exc. 500 & not exc. 1000 let capacilty, setting aside (or lovering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconecting and re-fixing in position (Cleaning , repairing etc. measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs including disconnecting tanks ,1000 Ltrs Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks ISI MARKED (cylin-drical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I

S&F in repairs including disconnecting tanks ,S&F 500 Ltrs Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks ISI MARKED (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I

S&F in repair 25 mm bore ball valves, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 210gms) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints and fixed to wall complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bends of any radius with access door complete all as specified and directed
