Cleaning of all corridors, rooms, toilets and external areas of the office building including flooring, ceiling, roofing, furniture, doors, windows, fixtures etc. Desilting of open surface/underground drains of various sections by removing and replacing the grating cover/slabs etc. if required. The following cleaning routine should be adhered to 1. Sweeping and mopping of floor with disinfectant at least once a day. 2. Frequent brooming of the corridor through the course of the day. 3. Remove garbage from the dustbin and clean them if required. 4. Replace the clean dustbin to the original spot. 5. If any trash found in the lobby area, then pick up immediately. 6. Cleaning window and ventillators glass surface by spraying water or appropriate cleaning solution. 7. Removal of all cobwebs and stains. 8. Dusting of light fittings, wall decorations, furniture and other fixtures. 9. Fixtures including toilets and sinks are free of streaks, soil, stains and soap scum. 10. Desilting of drains at least once a day. 11. Removal and Disposal of garbage, sludge rubbish at least two times daily from the office complex to the nearest dumping ground/disposal point. 12. Air conditioners, coolers should also be cleaned and check for proper fuctioning 13.Proving and installing naphthalene balls, dustbin, homacol sanitary cube, odonil, liquid handwash, soap, wherever required. 14. The contracting agency is required to procure appropriate and necessary cleaning equipment and chemicals as per norms. All complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
