Providing and installing Testing & Commissioning of One No. Electrically driven Submersible Pumping set of reputed make capable of delivering 674 LPM against a head of 87 mtr (22.5 BHP) along with including M.S. Column Pipe of suitable size 100mm=50 mtr (in 3 mtr lengths each with flanges, screwed and welded on both sides) rubber gaskets, nuts and bolts submersible cable (reputed make) complete in all respect as per standard Specifications. Including cost of submersible cable 6mm2 = 100 mtr.

Providing & Fixing Electric Panel Board (ISI marked) Consisting of electric appliances such as Automatic star Delta Push Button with oil immersed starter, Main switch, VM ampere Meter, E LCB, shunt capacitor, single phase Preconter, including lamps, Kit-kat etc. Complete in all respect.

Repair of Pump Chamber

White washing scraping inside of Pump Chamber.

Scraping of snowcem robbiacem etc.

White washing 2 coats inside of Pump Chamber.

Finsing Wall with exiterior decorative cement based paint such as snowcem robbiacem etc. on new work in two coats to give even shade.

Applying Pink Primer or-aluminium priming coat including preparation of surface With special quality paint.

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with ready mixed paint in all shades on old wood work With special quality paint.

Preparation of plastered surfaces for distempering including surface, applying filling with approved quality filler consisting of plaster of Paris and chalk mitti including finishing the surface to the required finish complete. Inside pump Chamber.

Distempering with dry distemper of approved manufacture two coats over one priming coat to give an even shade.

Applying priming coat with methal primer on new steel or iron work incluing preparation of surface and Painting two coats with ready mixed paint for metallic surfaces in all shades on steel or iron work with special quality paint.

Supplying & fixing glass panes including special metal sash putty of approved make.

Hollock wood doors shutter windows including Hinges, Screws, Chocks Cleats, Stops and Cords etc. complete fixed in position (double Leaf) @ Paneled glazed or glazed and paneled.

Congolmerate floor 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 on 100mm thick cement concrete 1:8:16 and 100mm sand as stone filling for plinth protection.

Repair of OHSR

Painting of OHSR pipes including cost of labour & material complete in all respects.

Painting of OHSR stair case railing and pickets including cost of labour & material complete in all respects.

P/F OHSR Jali complete in all respects.

Repair of Water Works

Painting of barbed wire including material and labour (Rate as per annexure A-6-1)

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paints in all shades on old wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surface to give an even shade including rubbing down old paint. (a) With special quality paint

Repair of Main gate complete in all respects.

Repair of Corner Pillars complete in all respects.

Repair and minor Replacement of existing pipe line

Provision for making new connection with exit pipe line as per analysis A-20 complete in all respects.

Automated water controller switch to start or stop the pump based on water reservoir level complete in all respects.

Improvement in exisitng connections

Repair of old house connections complete in all respects.

Component -2

Providing proposed water connection on existing pipe line to house hold up to wall with providing, laying jointing, testing G.I pipe lines 15mm i/d=2.50 mtr (as per CSR 28.36 (a)) & MDPE pipe 15mm i/d = 2 mtr including cost of specials such as tees, bends, sockets, elbow etc. cutting, threading, and testing in trenches in the ground and ISI marked 15mm i/d GM ferrule as per IS: 2692 and 3'' i/d clamp with c.i. bib cock 15mm i/d as per IS:210 with stainless steel spindle of approvel make as per CSR 30.65 (b) complete.

Component -3

Providing, Laying, fixing & jointing of PVC Pipes as per ISI-4985 (ISI marked with the prior approval of Engineer-in-charge) along the Trenches and laying the same in Trenches to correct alignment and gradients, cutting, jointing and testing including excavation & back filling complete as per specifications for more than 3 mtr street width included excavation.

Providing & fixing C.I/D.I Flanged end, stem of SS (AIS 1410) and Bronze (gunmetal) working parts Sluice Valves ISI marked 14846-2000, including jointing, testing & cost of Nut, Bolt & insertion sheet, all carriage complete (with the approval of Engineer - in - charge)

Construction of masonry sluice valve chamber excluding Sluice valve cover as per standard design & drawings of public health department with each of Size 0.6m x 0.6m.

Construction of masonry sluice valve chamber excluding Sluice valve cover as per standard design & drawings of public health department with each of Size 0.9m x 0.9m.

Painting on Board both sides including priming coat, printing & Map as per Water Supply & Sanitaton standard.

Cost of Component-4 (Operation and maintenance)

Provision for sodium chloride for disinfection of water Complete in all respect.

Credit of Old Machinery & 2 Nos. Sluice Valve (@1000/- each) complete in all respects (-)
