Schedule 'A' Part I

Note (Applicable for Schedule 'A' Part I Sl Item Nos 03 to 07) : The bidder has to submit an affidavit duly notarised that the rates quoted are above minimum fare wages plus all statutory expenses. This affidavit has to be submitted along with Cover -1 with DD. Otherwise bid will be rejected at technical evaluation stage and if after opening financial bid rates quoted found lower than minimum fare wages plus statutory expenses disciplinary action against giving wrong information through affidavit will be initiated with enlisting authority and financial bid will be considered as non bonafide tender and will not be considered for acceptance. The lowest tender among other eligible bidders will considered as bonafide tender

Outsourcing the services of old 33 KV Sub Station, Solapur road including daily maintenance of HT electrical installation comprising of power transformer 33/11 KV, MCCB,SF6 breakers,GODs,HT capacitor bank, VCBs and standby DG Set by one skilled Electrician for a shift of 08 hours (three shifts per day) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 3 (here-in-before) but for new KLP 33 KV sub station at JK Road by one skilled Electrician for a shift of 08 hours (three shifts per day)

All as per item No 3 (here-in-before) but for 11 KV sub station at second point by one skilled Electrician for a shift of 08 hours (three shifts for a day)

All as per item No 3 (here-in-before) but for 11 KV sub station at KK Ranges by one skilled Electrician for a shift of 08 hours (three shifts per day) NOTE FOR SL NOs 03 TO 07 The rates quoted by the contractor and duty of the electrician shall also include the following :- i) The electrician shall be well coversant in handling HT electrical equipments like power transformers, VCBs, OCBs, remote and control panels and replacement of DO fuse elements etc (ii) Keeping the substation neat and clean and in presentable conditions (iii) Proper upkeep of all records such as breakdown details, shut down scheudle of recordings, trivector metre reading, units consumed, daily log sheet etc iv) The electrician will report immediately to JE / AGE E/M in case of any electrical breakdowns. (v) No electrical shut downs will be allowed at disposal of electrician without prior permission of JE / AGE E/M (vi) The electrician empolyed by the contractor shall be a ITI holder with minimum 4 years of experiance in same nature of work. (vii) Reliever on account of weekly rests / permitted leaved will be the responsibility of the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt.

(viii) The contractor will provide protective clothing, hand gloves,testing rods, HT meger, earth tester. (ix) Charging / Maintenance of battery bank with acid and distilled water (x) The location of operator / electrician can be changed as per site requirement if required by the Engineer-in - Charge. (xi) If the contractor fails to deploy the operator, no payment will be made for the same. However a penalty double the rate quoted will be recovered from his due payment. (xii) The police verification of the Electricine deployed by the contractor shall be submitted to the office before starting the work. (xiii) The contractor shall provide Bio-metric instrument for attendance of operators centrally and same shall be removed after certified completion of the Works. Payments will be made as per attendance of the operator / electrician. (xiv) The electrician is responsible for maintaining all earths of all substation / installations every day including watering. (xv) T&P required for upkeep and maintenance of area including consumables, sweeping brooms, cleaning agents etc will be provided by the contractor.

(xvi) The contractor shall be solely responsible for any mishappening / accident and loss of life due to negligence of workmen engaged by him. (xvii) Each electrician will report to duty station as per duty roster, as decided by Engineer-in-Charge. Duty roster shall be signed by the electrician in each shift daily. (xviii) No electrician will leave the installation / substation without reliever and the installation will not be left un-manned in any case. (xix) Each shift shall be of eight hours and contrator shall employ one electrician per shift. (xx) Unit rate quoted shall be inclusive of sprare parts of minor nature required for subsstation / installations up to Rs 500/- for trouble free operation of substation / installations . (xxi) First Aid Box with necessary medicine to be provided by the contractor. . (xxii) Time of start of shift shall be as decided by the Engineer-in-Charge. (xxiii) The contractor shall submit payment proof in AADHAR link Bank Account through Account payee cheque / RTGS to operator at the time of submission of RAR. (xxiv) Quotation with Nil or Zero consideration (over head and profit) shall be considered as non bonafide.

Schedule `A' Part II

S & F in replacement gang operated switch (GOD) air break switch for current rating upto 200 Amps suitable for working pressure 11000 volts, 3 phase, triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame with GI operating rod of suitable length vertically operated including locking arrangement and 7 lever godrej Novatal lock, for operating mechanism worked from ground level all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F in replacement Drop out Fuse (Channel type) for continuous current rating upto 200 Amps suitable for working pressure 11000 volts, 3 phase, triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor end termination heat shrinkage type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured Aluminum conductor cable of 150 Sqmm size etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M&L for prunning and removing of tree branches touching to electric over head lines wild growth around LT /HT over head lines and around pole and stay complete to make clear span of 2 Mtr of tree both side of the OH line with JCB, Cutter and all tools, plants etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Distance between pole to pole will be measured and paid. (ii) Contractor has to take upmost care to avoid damage to existing lines/structures if Any breakdown of line caused during punning shall be made good without any extra cost. (ii) Prunning of tree to be done twice a year (before & after rainy season) (iii) The contractor has to ensure the proper safety of the tradesmans to avoid any mishappening. If any mishappening occures the contractor will be solely responsible for it.

Supply and fix in replacement lightening arrestors metal oxide type complete with all fittings, HT 11 KV 65 KA station class linear type complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M & L for painting of HT steel tubular pole 11 mtr long by applying two coats of aluminium paint overa one coat of red oxide as primer including writing of pole nos all as Specified and directed in Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for restringing of LT/HT over head line consisting of 3 conductors by dismantling, taking down, repairing wherever required including cutting, re-jointing and restringing in situ, with proper sag, binding to insulator with and including aluminium binding wire , detecting & rectifing the fault in mansoon season including tree cutting through out the location of GE (N) Ahmednagar complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Cost of ACSR & accessories is included in quoted rate. After intimation of fault contractor shall start the work within one hour. If he fails then an amount of Rs 10000/- per hour shall be recovered from the contractor as penalty for delay period.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 meter wide and not exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of under ground cable, pole foundation and stays etc and getting out in hard / dense soil all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning and filling in, including spreading and levelling, water and well remming in layers not exc. 25cm all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and replcement of PCC covers , class HV type-1 flat size 300x180x40mm etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge .

Supply and spread unwashed dry river sand cushioning and covering the under ground cable in trenches all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punning thickness shall be measured)

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning of HT 11 KV (Earthed) XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 11000 volts grade,circular screened with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape , inner sheath of PVC tape galvanized steel strip flat , around and overall PVC sheathed, armoured conforming to IS 7098 Part II, 1985 amended upto date, of size 3 core, 120 Sqmm, ISI marked, laid in trenches or passing through pipes/ducts including taking down old cable of any size all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

An amount of Rs 16,260.00 shall be deducted from BOQ on account of schedule of credit
