Dismantling of cement concrete pavement by mechanical means using pneumatic tools, breaking to pieces not exceeding 0.02 cum in volume and stock piling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to all lead and lifts, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately.
Taking out existing interlocking paver blocks from footpath and staking of servicable material at site/or at designated location with all lead and lift as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand (white river sand) etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. Wet Mix Macadam: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam as per specification, mix as per approved mix design by the Engineer-in-charge, including remixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.
Construction of dry lean cement concrete (DLC) Base over a prepared Sub-Base with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, mix as per approved mix design by the Engineer-in-charge, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing complete as per the direction of EIC.
Pavement Quality Concrete (PQC) Cement Concrete Road: Construction of ready mix plain cement concrete pavement over existing surface with approve grade cement @ 400 kg per cum (minimum) and as per IRC 58-2015 and as per approved mix design by the Engineer-in-charge, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383 (fine aggregate should be white river sand only), maximum size of fine aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in fully automatic batching and mixing plant, including adding polyester fiber (12mm) with triangular of equivalent cross section with specific gravity 1.35 to 1.40 (Racron 3S) in concrete at the rate of 250 gms per 50 kg of Cement consumption, including laying of 125 micron thick. Sepration Membrane of imperemeable plastic sheeting over existing surface fixed by nails, transported to site, laid with a fixed form or slip fonm paver, spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation, texuring concrete surface with texture Brush, including provision contraction/transverse joint with Groove cutting by cutting machine as per drawing within 24 hours of casting as per guideline in IRC, including joint filler, sealant primer, joint sealant, admixtures as approved, finishing to lines and level etc., curing compound and water ponding etc. complete as per drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Ultra Thin White Topping (UTWT) Cement Concrete Road: Construction of ready mix plain cement concrete pavement over existing surface with approve grade of cement @ 400 kg per cum (minimum) as per IRC SP-76 and as per approved mix design by the Engineer-in-charge, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383 (fine aggregate should be white river sand only), maximum size of fine aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in fully automatic batching and mixing plant, including adding polyester fiber (12mm) with triangular of equivalent cross section with specific gravity 1.35 to 1.40 (Racron 3S) in concrete at the rate of 250 gms per 50 kg of Cement consumption, including laying of 125 micron thick. Providing, laying and jointing NP:4 (as per IS:458-2003) Pipes for Utility Crossing, complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications Section 2900 and IRC : SP No. 13 - 1998. a) NP-4, 450 mm Dia at Utility Crossing.
Traffic Signs, Village name/ Cautionary Warning Sign/Informatory Signs: Providing and fixing retro Reflective Hi Intensity Micro Prismatic Grade Board using 2mm Aluminum / 4mm ACP, angle iron 75 x 75 x 6mm (Galvanized). Descaling and degreasing the board as per requirement using epoxy reflactive process by screen painting as directed etc. complete including transporting and fixing in C.C. 1:2:4 with necessary excavation curing etc. complete as per I.R.C. 67-2012 design. Road marking with hot applied thermoplastic paints with reflectorising glass beads on bitumin surface providing and laying a hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is excluding of surface applied glass beds as per IRC:35-2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. zebra patta /bump patta lane/center line/ edge line/cut patta. The white color marking should provide liminance coefficinet on cemend road shalll be min 130 mcd/m2/lux and Asphalt road shall be min 100 mcd/m2/lux during the service life during the day time. The marking should meet the performance criteria for night time reflectivity, wet reflectivity and skid resistance as mentioned in the section-15 of IRC 35-2015. Warranty for the Retro reflectivity should be two years.
Cat Eye / Road Stud / RPM: Supplying Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with Micro prismatic lens (No Glass bead lens) capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 13635 kgs. tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 Ð DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 20 mm, 130 mm and 130 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The body of the marker should having finger grip for easy and accurate placement and application with epoxy / bituminous Adhesive as recommended by the manufacturer of the marker. The color of the marker should be as per the IRC 35-2015 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
Brick work for Utility chambers & repairing road side chambers: Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks having crushing strength not less than 35 kg./Sq.cm. in foundation and plinth in Cement Mortar 1:5.
