Dissociating of existing metal portable cabin (of size 9m long , 3m wide and 3.3 m high) from the base civil foundation structure and shifting it to a designated disposal site within BARC premises

Lead charges for 1st 1 KM or part thereof, by mechanical transport including loading unloading, stacking / levelling etc. Note: The rates in respect of this Item No is applicable for NET Quantities arrived at after making deduction for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of Rock from corresponding STACK / TRUCK Measurement

Rubble stone soling Hard core using spotless stones below floor, of consolidated thickness as indicated below. Stacking and laying the stones vertically hand set, in-terstices packed with smaller stone chip, ramming including spreading and watering, & finishing to level etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. a) 230 mm thickness by using Contractor's material

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 crushed sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete as per specification and drawings but excluding the cost of Formwork shuttering, centering and steel reinforcement at all Levels

Providing and constructing brick work in cement mortar using Standard bricks of approved quality / class, make / brand in super structure above plinth up to Floor-II level in all shapes and sizes including curing, raking out joints complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Brickwork in super structure with standard bricks in C.M 1:4 using crushed Sand

Providing and laying in position Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) of grade M-30 using 20mm maximum size aggregates and crushed sand of approved quality including admixtures of approved brand and quality (plasticiser or super plasticiser) if required, including weigh batching, mechanical mixing, transporting, placing, vibrating, consolidation, finishing, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and reinforcement complete as per specifications up to Plinth Level.

Providing Reinforcement Steel for reinforced cement concrete at all levels including supplying, preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, transporting, fixing, tieing in position with PVC coated G.I binding wire, all labour charges, cost of cover blocks in specified grade of concrete etc. complete as per specifications and drawings. Steel supplied by the contractor. Using TMT bars of specified grades of all sizes. TMT bars to be supplied by the contractor from the virgin plants only using virgin materials. NOTES 1. The contractor shall supply documentary evidence of purchase of steel, Test certificate from approved manufacturers and also third party testing from approved laboratories with out any extra cost.

Providing , centering ,shuttering Form work using PVC Film faced plywood to get a neat form finish surface for all types of structures including necessary strutting, propping, staging, supports etc. and deshuttering the same after the specified time all as per drawings and specifications at all levels .

Providing 20 mm thick plastering using Ready mix external plastering compound of approved make for external faces of brickwork / concrete surfaces including preparation of the surface, in two coats under layer 12 mm thick and finished with a top layer 8 mm thick, curing, cleaning scaffolding up to all levels complete. All as per specifications including forming drip moulds wherever necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Demolishing C.C / R.C.C works by mechanical means and stock piling at designated locations carefully with out damaging adjacent structures and disposal of dismantled materials up to a lead of 100 m, stacking serviceable and unserviceable materials separately including cutting reinforcement bars all as directed at site.

Dismantling brick work in Cement mortar carefully without damaging adjacent structures including stacking of materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 100 m lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying Non pressure NP2 class RCC Hume pipes of approved make, with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2, laying to the levels, slopes and as per the drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including testing of joints etc. complete. 300 mm Dia half split RCC Hume pipe class Np2

Providing and laying Non pressure NP2 class RCC Hume pipes of approved make, with collars jointed with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2, laying to the levels, slopes and as per the drawings and specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including testing of joints etc. complete.300 mm Dia RCC Hume pipe class Np2

Labour charges for murum filling under floors of specified thickness in layers of not exceeding 150 mm thickness including consolidation etc. complete (using murrum available at BARC campus with a lead of up to 4 Km)

Dismantling old GI Chain link fencing from existing old fencing including providing necessary scaffolding, removing GI hooks, nuts, bolts, fixing rods etc, making rolls, transportation to TVS Stores as per specifications and as directed by EIC of the work.

Dismantling barbed wire / flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 100 m lead

Providing and constructing Inspection chambers of Internal size clear dimension of 900 x 600 mm in 230 thick brick masonry with cement mortar 1:4 over a bed of 150 mm thick 1:4:8 cement concrete foundation, plastering with cement mortar 1:4 20 mm thick on inside, out side and all exposed surfaces finished with a floating coat of neat cement, brick corbelling at top to provide opening of 900 X 450 mm, embedding the frame and cover with CC 1:2:4 concrete, and fixing cast iron steps if necessary at 300mm intervals complete . Depth of chamber not exceeding 900 mm. (excavation, soling, cast iron cover and C.I steps will be paid separately under relevant item)

Supplying and fixing Cast Iron Man hole or Cast Iron Steps cover of approved make and weight as specified in the drawings or as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Dismantling Bituminous road including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 200 m lead

Providing and painting walls with (Two coats) of approved shade of high build protective, elastomeric water proof exterior grade paint of approved make of required shade, minimum dry film thickness of 250 microns achieved in two or more coats / as per manufacturer's specifications including preparation of the surfaces by scrapping / wire brush, scaffolding complete. Primer coat will be with approved make with water in ratio of 1:2 and 2 coats of finishing coat without water all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and Painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade over a primer coat.including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing 1st quality (300 x 450mm) ceramic matt ANTISKID smooth finish concerte tiles in floor & wall. Smooth finish Concrete designer tiles (model stripes and Neptune) 30mm to 35mm thick as per IS 13801 all complete as -per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-35 grade made by block making machines with strong vibratory compaction and approved size, shape, design laid in required colour and pattern over and including 150 mm thick compacted bed of stone dust / Murrum, filling the joints with crushed sand etc. all complete as -per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Painting road surface marking with Thermoplastic paint hot applied to give uniform finish with Glass beeds / power Topping on bituminous surface in white / yellow shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and other foreign material etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and fixing 304 grade Stainless Steel pipes of approved size and make and quality by cutting and placing in position including embedding if necessary complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Fabrication, supply, transportation & installation of new metal portable cabin of size 9m x 6m x 3.05m with external GI corrugated sheet of 1.5mm thickness, 50mm thickness glass wool insulation, internal 4 mm Bakelite board, flooring consisting of 18mm thick cement fiber boards & 2' x 2' mm Vitrified tiles conforming to IS: 15622, 3mm base metal plate for turnstile region, self-draining roof with gutter pipe, 2.5 mm sliding windows with associated fittings, electrical fittings & cabling and other features as per detailed technical specifications

supply and installation of Inbuilt Partition Full height in 12 mm Toughened Glass of 17' long for server area, Security cabin Inbuilt Partition in 12 mm Toughened Glass as per drawing, 12mm Toughened glass window of 17' x 3' height with 3’x3’ window for security cabin as per the drawing, 12mm Fixed Toughened Glass window of 87' long in total & 3' height for full surrounding view, Security Desk with Drawer (23' x 2' )and server area desk (28' x 2' )in Artificial Stone Material along with a set of 10 nos. of high back seating chairs as detailed in technical specification
