CONSTRUCTION OF RCC BOX CULVERT AND DRAIN WITH GRATINGS AT 04 AREA IN ALUMINA REFINERY, NALCO, DAMANJODI

1.1.1Removing the excavated materials,debris of any description and any other waste materials,spoil including loading into trucks/tractors using baskets by head load or any other means and transporting by trucks/tractors and unloading at the earmarked places, spreading / levelling complete and disposal inside plant within 1 KM lead.

2.8.0Earth work in all kinds of soil in foundation, trenches or drains not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus earth as directed within a lead of 50 M. Disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed.

2.8.1Same as item (02.08.00) above but in lift upto 1.5 m in all type of soil.

04.01.00Providing and laying plain cement concrete at all depths below and upto ground level in foundations,fillings,non-suspended floors including tamping, curing etc. but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed in any shape, position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc.all complete(CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)

04.01.08P.C.C.1:4:8 (1 cement:5coarse sand:10 graded stone aggregate of 40 mm nominal size)

05.01.00 Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work in foundation, beams, columns,walls in vertical or horizontal fins, bressummers, suspended floors, landing, balconies, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto 1.00 mtr. above ground level, etc. including necessary curing upto 15 days, finishing and plastering the exposed surface with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) of thickness not exceeding 6mm to give a smooth and even surface as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering etc. complete ( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE).

05.01.02Same as above item in 1:1.5:3 (1cement: 1.5coarse sand: 3graded stone aggregate of 20mm & dn size)

05.09.00Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for foundations, footings, columns, suspended floors, roofs, landings, shelves, lintels, beams, chajjas, girders, bressumers, cantilevers, pillars, posts, struts and stair cases and all types of RCC work at all heights in any floor as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

05.09.01Work in foundation and footing upto 1 metre from ground level in all shape and sizes.

5.22.40Bending/Binding and placing in position high yield deformed bars reinforcement conforming to IS:1139 or cold twisted deformed bars reinforcement conforming IS:1786 for R.C.C.work at all height and depths,carting the same from store/issue points to site of work, straightening, cleaning, bending to required shape and lengths as per details including supplying and binding with contractor's own 16 SWG soft annealed binding wire and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers and return of unused/ scrap/ unserviceable steel to owner's storage point etc all complete. (REINFORCEMENT STEEL/TOR STEEL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO's STORE)

7.1.1Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth up to 1.00 metre above ground level including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) . Cement will be issued free of cost by NALCO.

10.02.00Transporting, fabricating, and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required, in columns, beams, trusses, purlins, gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates, grills, doors, shutters , windows, ventilators and similar works, including all materials and labours all complete as directed by Engineer in charge.( Structural steel will be issued free of cost by NALCO ).

15.58Demolishing R.C.C. work by mechanical means and stockpiling at designated locations and disposal of dismantled materials up to alead of 1 kilometre, stacking serviceable and unserviceable material separately including cutting reinforcement bars.
