Finishing walls with weather proof exterior grade emulsion of approved design (Apexultima) or its equivalent on undecorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade and final finish after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and other foreign matter etc. including sand paper smooth complete as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat ) on new wood and wood based surfaces with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stoping with enamel paint other than white as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Painting two coat (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces under coat with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface all dirt, dust and other foreign matter With white readymixed paint within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality,Malkana,toll tax, GST tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.50 sqm ( two point five zero square metre ) and under and 10 to 15mm ( ten to fifteen thick including cutting the patch in proper shape and replastering the surface of the wall including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground up to any lead & lift and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. Providing & fixing 0.63 mm ( zero point three millimetre) corrugated G.I sheet roofing fixed with galvanised iron J.or L . hooks bolts and nuts 8 mm ( eight millimetre) diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead complete excluding the cost of purlins refters and trusses up to any lead & lift and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. Providing and fixing to wall, ceiling and floor galvanised mild steel tubes (medium grade) tube fittings and clamps including making good the wall, ceiling and floor 15 mm (fifteen millimetre) nominal bore including carriage of material within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the engineer-in-charge and other incidentals. Providing and placing in position 1000 (one thousand) litres net capacity PVC water storage tank of sintex ISI 12701 marked G.I. inlet and outlet connection, 15mm nominal bore ball valve and mosquito proof PVC cover with locking arrangment including hoisting upto all heights above ground level.as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge including all taxes carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and fixing 40 mm ( forty millimetre) thick 2nd class Deodar wood panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows. Including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidental and further as per specification, approved drawing & Design.
