Construction of 132/33KV 40 MVA Transformer bay & other associated works.

Erection of main and auxiliary structure consisting of columns, beams, peaks, masts etc. and auxiliary structure required for installation of Jack busbar isolators, P.I., CVTs., L.As. and all other equipments. The job consists of shifting of all material i.e. conductor, fittings, structure parts, nuts, bolts, washer etc. from store to site of erection, erection of structure as per relevant drawing and practices using flat and spring washer with each bolt. Matching of holes, cutting, matching of members if required shall also be done by the contractor without any extra cost to complete the work satisfactorily. All material to be erected shall be supplied by UPPTCL free of cost but all men, material and T&P required for satisfactorily completion of work shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost.

Erection of following equipments as per instruction manual of various equipments and technical specifications including shifting of material/ equipments from store to erection site including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily.

Stringing of various main, Transfer & T/F jack bus of 132 KV/33 KV with different type conductor and different length of span mention below including fitting of tension clamp hoisting of insulators cutting of conductor and also shifting of all material form store to work site and all other associated works required for completion of job satisfactorily as per technical specification.

Dismantling of jumpers of 33KV C.B., C.T., ,Isolator and LA by the single/Twin/Zebra/Panther conductor with shifting of material from site to store .

Providing inter-connection/wiring diagram and cable schedule as per drawing to complete above job including C.B., C.T., Isolator, Panel and Transformer etc.

Making of new jumpers of 132 KV & 33KV C.B., C.T., ,Isolator and LA by the single/Twin /Zebra/Panther conductor with cutting bending and shaping of conductor along with shifting of material from site store to work place.

Laying of following sizes of control cable in the cable trench from control relay panel to various equipments/marshalling boxes/junction box etc. in switchyard as per cable schedule, their saddling at every 750mm distance with M.S. saddles of size 25x3mm size including carriage of cable drums from store to laying site and shifting back the remaining material to store and all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per technical specification.

Termination of following sizes of cable as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands plates or box wherever required. Supply and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size, supply and providing ferrules and Nos. for each core. (The rates of termination of control cable include the all cores of cable at one end with lug)

Cutting, straightening bending & laying 800mm below inside ground and above ground of following size M.S. flat for earthing of main and auxiliary structure, equipment structure etc. including welding with main earthmat and with object to be earthed excavation of trenches, its back filling, painting and all other associated work as required to complete the work satisfactorily excluding the cost of M.S. flat.

To make earthing for L.A. with 06 Nos. Electrode of 03 meter long M.S. round including cutting, welding and making electrode and making a rectangle with 75x10mm M.S. flat inside earth below 0.8mtr. deep including excavation and refilling of soil with T&P and labour etc for completion satisfactorily.

Laying of 40/36 mm size M.S. round bar 600 mm below ground level including cutting, straightening welding, painting of joints with bitumen black Japan paint, excavation of trench, its back filling and all other associated work to complete the work satisfactorily as per drawing and technical specification (excluding the cost of MS bar) work includes providing and fixing of 100 mm long, 50X50X6 mm MS angle (4 Pcs) at each cross joint of earth mat as per direction of supervising engineer to complete the job satisfactorily.

Sorting/counting/stacking erection mark wise and proper loading of GI substation structure (ALP,ABL,BCT,AXM,CCM,CGM, ATM, BBL, BTI) etc. in trucks / trailor at EFU Nainy Alahabad and Safe carriage of loaded structure from EFU Nainy Allahabad to 220 KV S/S Vrindavan Under ETD Mathura. App. 600 Km and Unloading of carriage structure from the trucks/trailor at 220 KV S/S Vrindavan Under ETD Mathura. Its sorting, counting and proper stacking at the S/S premises as per direction of supervisory engineer to complete the job satisfactorily (Appr. weight of 17.08 MT) (ABL-8 , BBL-2 ,BTI-2 , ATM-3 ,AXM-2 , EKR-3 , BBR-3 , CCM-2 , XPM-3 , YMM-3 , APR-2 , CPM- 2 )

Providing and fixing of retro reflective sign board of size 3ftx2ft made out of 2mm thick aluminum sheet, face to fully covered with 3M DG cube retro reflective sheet of green colour. The letters and symbols shall be computer cut and in white colour. Board is to be supplied along with the back support from of size 35x35x5mm & two legs for grouting. Backside of aluminum sheet shall be painted with stove enamel black paint for new 40 MVA, 132/33KV Transformer-III & other bays. Language for writing will be provided by the department (UPPTCL).

Fabrication of hut type fire bucket stand made of MS angle of size 40x40x6 mm and ISI mark MS roofing sheet, having arrangment for hanging 10 buckets. All the metal surfaces should be painted with one coat of red oxide and two coats of first quality post office red synthetic enamel paint of Asian Paints/Nerolac/Berger. " FIRE" in 25 cm should be written in white color on the top of the both side of roof after painting in red colour. All the material including MS angle shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost.

Providing fire buckets of 9 ltr capacity as per IS 2546, buckets should be painted inside by white and outside by post office red colour; ear and handle by black color with two coats of first quality synthetic enamel paint after one coat of red oxide, from Asian Paints/Nerolac/Berger. "FIRE" and "avkx" in 10 cm font in white color should be written on opposite sides of buckets. All the material shall be provided by the contractor at his own cost.

Shifting ,loading,carrage.unloading & shifting of 20 KL capacity T/f oil empty tank from Any S/S under ETD Mathura or 400 KV S/S Manth At 220 KV S/S Vrindavan and return back to 400 kv S/S Manth.

Conducting SFRA & Megger test of 40 MVA Transformer with Erection of HV /LV bushing along with its proper packing at any site of UPPTCL.

Shifting of main tank of 40 MVA,132/33 KV transformer from plinth distance about 20 meter including turning of tank, if required , including all T&P and all other works required to complete the job satisfactorily at any site of UPPTCL within 300 km.

Additional shifting of approx. 5 Mtrs or part thereof. if any.

Loading of 40 MVA T/F with all accessories on trailor at any site of UPPTCL within 300 km . All man power & T&P for successful execution of work shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost.

Safe carriage of 40 MVA T/F main tank with all accessories with T/F oil by truck /trailor from any UPPTCL site within 300 km to 220 kv S/S Vrindavan, ETD Mathura. Transit insurance shall be got done by contractor before onset of carriage which shall be reimbursed at actual

Unloading of 40 MVA T/F with all accessories from trailor on plinth at 220 KV S/S VRINDAVAN . All man power & T&P for successful execution of work shall be arranged by contractor at his own cost.

Shifting of main tank of 40 MVA,132/33 KV transformer from unloading place to the plinth distance about 20 meter including turning of tank, if required , including all T&P and all other works required to complete the job satisfactorily.

Additional shifting of approx. 5 Mtrs or part thereof. if any.

Complete erection of 40 MVA capacity transformer by erection of radiators conservator tanks, all bushing, turrets, connecting oil pipe lines, cooling fans, motor drive mechanism of tap changer, RTCC panel, etc to complete the job satisfactory.

Termination work of Control Cables of T/F in Marshalling Box by providing Cable Glands, Lugs, Ferrules, Cable Ties and Lugs etc. including making necessary holes in glands plates or box wherever required, supply and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size, supply and providing ferrules and nos. for each core of cable and its termination with crimping Type Lugs of Dowell/Coma/Jackson Make and all other associated work to complete the job successfully as per technical specifications.

Installation of new 40 MVA T/F, 132/33 KV 'RTCC' Panel work includes its shifting from yard/designated place to installation site & its proper earthing as per direction of supervising engineer.

Proper cable termination of RTCC pannel , colling fan etc after making cable shecdule ferrulling properly ferruls will be provided by contaractor only at his own cost.

Centrifuging of transformer oil in transformer main tank for minimum 72 hours by 10 or 12 KL/Hour capacity centrifuging machine, to be arranged by the contractor alongwith operator and taking the B.D.V values of the oil periodically till the required value is achieved as per direction of supervising engineer.

Earthing of 40 MVA T/F HV and LV Neutrals, Body, Marshaling box, Drive mechanism etc. with 75X10/50X6 MS flat (To be provided by department) including, bending, cutting & welding etc.

Delta earthing for 40 MVA T/F after fabrication of delta set with 3 nos. 40mm/36mm dia size 3 mtrs. long electrodes their placing inside the ground at distance of 3 Mtr. to each other in delta pettern and connecting all the three electrodes with 75x10mm MS flat 700mm deep and connecting the delta with T/F HV and LV neutral seprately also to main earthmat(X&Y axis) with the help of 75x10 mm MS flat. (M.S flat and M.S rod will be arranged by the Department).

Providing and fixing new generation energy saving and enviournemnt friendly long life versatile pressure die cast aluminium out door high beam flood light with high power 120W LEDs as light source and exclusively design poly carbonate cover satisfying IP65 standard alongwith electronic driver and complete fitting including GI pipe, clamp for round pole or GI structure, suitable for 220 V AC supply make CGL/Havells/Philips and Providing and fixing of junction box of 16 SWG MS sheet duly painted having size 150x150x200mm for above light on bottom of main structure or pole with the help of clamps junction box contain 01 No., 6Amp single pole MCB (L&T/Havells/Schneider make), 01 No. link and cable gland etc. as per specification and Laying, dressing and termination of contorl cable for the light with the help of clamps vertically on the gentry and all other associated to complete the work.

Supply of fixing of 100 watt LED Lamp Crompton Greaves /Bajai/Syska/Philips make fiting including lamp and all fixtures etc. for fixing of round pole including cost of all meterial labour and T&P for completion of work. and All other associated work to complete the job satisactory as per direction of supervising Engineer.

Laying of 4x2.5/6x2.5 sqmm PVC cable 50cm. Blow the ground level in PVC conduct pipe afler exavation and back fitling including all labor PVC pipe etc and All other associated work to complete the job satisfaclory as per direction of supervising Engineer.

Laying of 3.5x50 sqmm LT Power cable 50 cm. blow the ground level after evacavation and to put the bricks and river sand along the side of cable and back filling. and All other associated work to complete the job satisfactory as per direction of supervising Engineer.

Supply & fixing of junction box on lighting pole of size 200x200x150 mm of MS sheet 16 SWG duly painted with synthetic enamel paint , box should be fixed with 02 no 6A MCB and backelite terminal strip of 4 nos. terminal.both should be fixed on sunmica sheet and half round ms clamp with gi pipe for fixing the junction box and all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily

Providing & fixing of outdoor 3 phase Ac supply cubical box of size 1200x600x500mm duly painted with synthtics enamel paint 4 Nos. insulated bus bar for AC distributional of single phase double pole MCB of rating 16 Amp 15 No. & 100A MCB isolator 01 No. & fixing of 30 No. Terminal block of rating 16 Amp. cubical box of 16 Swg sheet in double shutter with indoor locking arrangements with wiring of proper size and phse indicator. and All other associated work to complete the job satisfactory as per direclion of supervising Engineer.
