Dismantling Pre-cast RCC Cement Concrete Louvres and Jallies of any description, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Rates for all scaffoldings and other necessary arrangement for work upto G+6 building to be included in quoted rates.)

M&L for providing of 35-40mm GRC (Glass Reinforced Concrete (GRC) Jaali Flat / Curved with 50-60mm thick border on frame (weight approx between 4 to 5 kg per sqft) upto the height of G+8 storey . GRC should be made from 53 Grade White Portland cement manufacture by "JK Cement or equivalent Quartz,, fine silica sand , alkali resistant glass fiber manufactured by made in Japan (Nepon) or equivalent , super plasticizers manufactures by BASF or equivalent, polymers manufactured by BASF or equivalent. The GRC jalli should be casting in synthetic rubber / GRP mold manufactured by Reckil or equivalent, The design , Pattern, Size , colour and design & make as approved by Engr-in-Charge or accepting officer . (Note : Rates for all scaffoldings and other necessary arrangement for work upto G+6 building to be included in quoted rates.)

S&F rolled sections, MS Angles, MS tubular Structures, MS Channels, Tee, etc. (Fe 410-W Gde-E-250 quality-A) as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins , posts,trusses (framed or unframed) structures where connected to common rafter and running rails and guides for sliding doors, fixed with angles clleats or other connecting plates all as specified. M&L for preparation of new surface of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surface over 10cm width or girth complete all as specifed.
