Supply Install, commission and testing of 11 KV Compact Sub Station with non-extensible Ring Main Unit (RMU) consisting of 1 No manually operated 11 KV/ 630 Amps VCB in SF6 insulated stainless enclosure, HT Cable/ Bus bar, 1 No transformer 100 KVA, 11KV/ 433 CRT dry type & associated LT devices (ACB/ MCCB/ bus bar/ Cable) with following: HT Section (i) RMU-Non Extensible 1 way 11KV, 1 SF6 circuit breaker alongwith connected accessories etc. (ii) Type Free standing, Metal clad, SF6 insulated Ring Master with 01 No. (iii) Direct cable module and 01 No 630A fixed manual SF6 circuit breaker- Model DV/RT2/VD or Equivalent (a) Self power relay. Type IDMT (b) Ring Switches and T Off SF6 circuit breaker with integrated Earthing Switches (c) Live Cable Indicator for Ring Switches Provided (d) Padlocking facility-Provided (e) Shunt trip coil rating - 230V AC (f) Padlocking facility

Transformer Section: Step down Transformer of capacity 100KVA, 11/0.433 KV, 3 phase 50Hz, Air Natural Copper Wound Transformer having 5 position Off- Circuit tap charger with tapping range +5% to -5% in step of 2.5% each with all standard fittings & accessories as per IS-2026 Part II - 2021. Losses @ 50% load - 940W (Max) at 100% loading 2400W (Max) LT Section: Incomer 01 No - 200Amp, 4 Pole, 25KA, MCCB with thermal magnetic based release with O/L & S/C Protection RYB Indication Lamp, Ammeter & Voltmeter (a) CRCA steel sheet enclosure suitable for Outdoor installation with MS channels (Base) (b) Provision for receiving Incoming and Outgoing cables through Bottom entry, excluding Termination Kit and glands. Note: The cost of dismantling of existing two pole structure and connecting items at site shall be deemed to include in the quoted unit rates.

Material and labour for 11 KV HT cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for Straight through, cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Cable termination 11 KV HT (Cold Shrinkable) cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing & testing XLPE Insulated, Screened, PVC Bedded, Galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, Electric Power Cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 6.35/11 KV, (Earthed) of size 95 sqmm 3 Core laid in trenches/ through GI Pipe/ fixed along with pole structure etc including taking out old unserviceable cable of any size complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Necessary earthwork, PCC etc. shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item(s) of BOQ.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for taking out/ laying of UG Cables, GI Pipe etc and getting out in hard/ dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spreading in natural riddled sand as earth cushioning to cable by using IS sieve to separate the composite particle/roots etc amd refilling in trenches and compacted in layers to form a solid bed covering to cable all as specified and as directed. Note: Riddled soil earth shall be approved by GE in writing before incorporation in work.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, Type 1, flat, size 300 x 180 x 40mm in trenches for protection of UG Cable with width equal to length of PCC cover, laid dry & flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with the top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level and connected to GI earth strip 32 x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers of galvanized iron including PCC pit & cover with suitable handle, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 20 mm dia medium grade galvanized steel tube for watering with one end fixed with suitable funnel and wire mesh, 40 mm bore medium grade galvanized steel tubing for drawing earth lead GI strip protection & common salt, charcoal in alternate layers etc. complete all as shown in EP No 3 of SSR Part 1 and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTES: On completion of the work/job the Contractor is to perform earth resistance tests for each earthing job in the presence of the Engineer-In-Charge or his rep & submit test certificates duly signed & certified. If the test results are not satisfactory or not within the permissible limits of relevant Standards/IS then the job is to be redone without any extra cost to the Department till the results are satisfactory.
