Comprehensive, preventive and periodical Maintenance of 6 Passenger Lifts capacity 408 Kg -02 Nos , 16 passenger lift capaqcity 1088 Kg = 03 Nos and 20 passenger lift capacity 1360 Kg installed for G+2 floor, Make : Thyssenkrupp with travelling speed of 1 m/s installed at MH Mhow & Adm Block (Inf School Mhow) as mentioned herein after, in reliable, safe and efficient manner using latest techniques and expertise consultancy (by the manufacturer Thyssencrupp Elevetor Pvt Ltd). Regularly examining lubricating and adjusting the mechanical and electrical driving equipment, governer sleeve, shaft assembly, bearing/contact/governer jaws car and hall mechenical buttons, car and hall position indicators, car direction indicators and all other car and landing signal/fixtures, deflectors, car and counter weight guid rails and buffers etc. including replacement of defective/spares parts as coverd under scope of MOU (Platinum) as required. Including testing as recommended by the origenal menufacturer to ensue smooth functioning and efficient operation all as specified and directed. For 6 passenger lift ( Capacity 408Kg installed for G+2 floor) =02 Nos

For 16/20 passenger lift ( Capacity 1088 Kg installed for G+2 floor) =03 Nos NOTE : (a) The comprehensive/preventive periodical maint include monthly inspection testing as per service manual. The inspection/test report will be submitted to Engr-in-Charge. (b) The AMC shall be in force immediately after issue of Work Order No 1 commencement date (c) All the compalints are required to be rectify as per scope of work specified in particular specification. (d) The cost of transportation (to and from) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by contractor by complite the job and no extra cost shall to be paid to the contractor in this effect. (e) The Contractor shall display or his trademen's/employees mob/contect no in each lift car and at lift lobby and updated from time to time. (f) Contractor shall be submit the MOU (Platinium) between the contractor and OEM or authorized service dealer of OEM and same shall be submitted in original within 10 days from commencement of work. (g) Service Engineer will visit quarterly for routine maintenance and checks all mechanism along with greasing of complete mechanism in quarterly basis. (h) all complaint shall be attended within 4 hours from the receipt of complaint In case contractor fails to attend complaint within 4 hrs from the time of receipt of complaint a panel recovery of Rs5000 per complaint per hours for the next 4 hours and further Rs 10000 per complaint per hours till the complaint is resolved shall be recover from the contractor.
