Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under 3M height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the derbies within 50m lead away from the work site including cost of all labour with T & P,Cess required for the work as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in ordinary soil within 50m initial lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum size of 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.30 M in depth with all labour, Cess and T&P etc. complete including Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges charges required for the work as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & filling manualy with aproved quality of sand in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including watering ramming to proper density with cost,conveyance, Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges , of all materials and cost of alllabour & T&P as required for the item of work including Cess etc complete as per specification & direction ofEngineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size clean hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry includinghoisting lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick in foundation including frame work where neCessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering with cost conveyance Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges , labour of all materials and including hire & running charges of machineries T&P required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and Cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge

Random rubble hard granite stone masonry in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth with hard black broken granite stone of approved size and quality and from approved quarry including splays cutting circular moulding and similar such type of work with neCessaryprojections, chamfering and corbelling watering and curing etc, complete including cost and conveyance of all materials with alland Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges and labour with T&P required for the work with Cess etc, complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Fly Ash brick masonary in Cement Mortar (1:6) in foundation/Superstructure using-fly ash-brick of 23cm X 11cm X 8cm size having a crushing strength in between 75kg to 100 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & corbelling watering and curring for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost & conveyance of all materials & labour required for the work with all Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges with all T&P & Cess etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12mm (1/2) thick cement plaster in C.M (1:6) finsihed smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and laobur with T&P required for the work with all , Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges & Cess etc, complete in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing wall surface two coats with any approved weather shield cement paint to outer wall surface after celaning surface including cost of paint watering curing with cost conveyance andof all materials and labour with T&P and Cessrequired for the work etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in odinary soil within 50m. initial ead and 1.5m intial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7 cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth including all cost, congveyance, cess Royalty, DMF, EMF & Additional Charges as per specification approved by the department.
