Supply Only of polymer modified emulsion (PME) having penetration values 5-20mm and initial setting time of 4-5 hours but not more than 8 hours, complete all as specified and as directed.

Labour only for preparing of old black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with using air compressor to remove all loose dirt complete and applying first coat Polymer modified Emulsion (PME) by spraying with tractor linked type mounted bitumen emulsion sprayer (controlled) with compressor (minimum emulsion carrying capacity 250.00 litre) with 0.5 litre (undiluted) PME diluted in 0.50 litre water to be applied uniformly on 1.00 Sqm area mixed with mineral filler as recommended by manufacturer of PME and ensure uniform finish of PME flexible surface manually application using moping complete in single coat all as per manufacturer instructions and all as specified and as directed. Note: The tender shall take into consideration for the following points while quoting his rate items:- (a) Friction parameters shall be between 30-50 after applications of PME. (b) The work shall be carried out through authorized and qualified applicators of the manufacture only. (c) Care shall be taken to fill gaps/ cracks upto 3 mm size with mineral filler as per manufacturer instructions.

Repair to pot holes on flexible surface, cleaning the pot holes of dia 5mm to 15mm with compressed air properly and drill the existing holes 15mm deep and clean dust particles and applying primer with Dencote primer 601/NG PRIMER 121 and leave for 30 minutes and filling with epoxy tar compound and compacted with tools, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to pot holes on flexible surface, cleaning the pot holes of dia 15mm to 25mm with compressed air properly and drill the existing holes 20mm deep and clean dust particles and applying primer with Dencote primer 601/NG PRIMER 121 and leave for 30 minutes and filling with epoxy tar compound and compacted with tools complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying single component 'ASPHA-FLO' coal tar free signature grade Gilsonite modified Asphaltic emulsion, special polymers and additives sreaming crack, joint stuffer to prevent cracks from forming into pot holes and filling of cracks and joints on asphaltic surface the runway, shall be capable to be applied directly on damp pavement also and coverage shall be 24.20 mtr/Ltr for 6 mm (width) x 6 mm (depth) crack or 6.05 mtr/Ltr for 13mm x 13mm crack or 2.10 mtr/Ltr for 25mm x 25mm crack, Complete all as per manufacturer's instructions as specified and directed. Back-up rod to be used in case depth is more than 25mm.

Material and labour for open the cracks on runway/taxiway by thoroughly clean out the crack and remove any loose debris using compressed air or other approved means to a minimum 10 to 20 mm width and upto full depth of the crack not exceeding 100 mm thick or to a depth as directed by Engr-in-Charge and filling the cracks with elastomeric bituminous rope RUNPHALT or equivalent make as approved and applying direct torch flames about 20 to 30 seconds, it liquefies. The treated crack shall be covered with runway crack sealing tape, including removing all debris and other wastes etc and leaving the premises neat and clean, Complete all as specified as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.

Material and labour for applying single component 'CONCRE-FLO' joint stuffer to prevent cracks from forming into pot holes and filling of cracks and joints on concrete surface of pavements, taxi tracks etc, shall be capable to be applied directly on dry pavement and on cracks from hair line to 25 mm wide, Complete all as per manufacturer's instructions as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of damaged/broken concrete pavement slab surface and applying runway crack sealing tape self adhesive cold applied polymer modified High Tack Bituminous instant Runway/Tarmac crack sealing tape of 50mm width, 2HPa thick having quick release film on one side Runway/Pavement/Tarmac crack to form high strength water proof layer complete all as specified as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of damaged/broken concrete pavement slab surface and applying runway crack sealing tape self adhesive cold applied polymer modified High Tack Bituminous instant Runway/Tarmac crack sealing tape of 100mm width, 2HPa thick having quick release film on one side Runway/Pavement/Tarmac crack to form high strength water proof layer, complete all as specified as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed.
