EM I Annual Maintenance of 6.6 KV switch gear panels and breakers in 3A and 3B buses during the Overhauling of Unit III for the year 2022-23

Annual Maintenance of 6.6 KV HT SWGR Panels. Charges for releasing the back doors (top and bottom), Bus separator, racking out of HT Breakers/ Bus VT and cleaning of all the released doors and checking of IR value of Bus. Charges for complete cleaning of Horizontal, vertical busbars Panels and supporting insulators with the help of air blower and Acetone , tightness checking of Horizontal, vertical bus-bars and outgoing power cable terminals. Charges for re-fixing of back doors(top and bottom) by providing all bolts and nuts racking in the HT breaker and checking of IR value and satisfactory commissioning.

Overhauling of 6.6 KV MOCB HT breakers: Breaker mechanism cleaning, tightness checking and lubricating all the poles in the breaker tightness checking, existing oil in all the poles releasing poles flushing and filling with new oil. Breaker operation checking mechanically and electrically. Breaker outer surface cleaning using surf.

Overhauling of 6.6 KV VCB HT breaker Charges for cleaning and lubricating of all moving parts of HT Breakers, upper and lower pole arms, vacuum bottles with Acetone/IPA. All bolts and nuts tightness checking, checking healthiness of Interrupters, closing/Tripping operations mechanically and checking of IR value

Supply of Gada cloth for cleaning the HT buses, panels, breakers, bus PT, Cable end PT and Links.
